“We just bought a new rav4 and worked with Logan. He was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. If he didn’t know something, he found out the answer right away. He was very personable and someone I would go back to for my next vehicle. We were able to use our t-drive and vspp with no issue as well. I love my new ride!!!”

“We came into the dealership one evening looking to speak with a sales associate regarding purchasing a new vehicle. Upon walking in, there were 4 sales men standing together casually talking & when one of the sales manager's said, "who's up?!" not a single one even attempted to move or come assist us. Eventually after another fired up request by sales manager, we were approached by Kris Hanes. And it was the ultimate worst experience of our lives. Besides speaking through clenched teeth and never opening his mouth as he spoke to us, he gave us absolutely ZERO information. Every question we asked about particular vehicles, the difference in the trim models, and such; he literally said, "honestly i don't know!" He told us repeatedly that he didn't know, would need to look online (the same website for Toyota we already looked at ON OUR OWN), and eventually told us that the only difference in trims was price not actual difference in what you truly get! We asked if he could show us any 2026 Toyota interior just for understanding of the quality, but he made no attempt to do so, even with being asked if he even has access to keys to let us see. I tried to stress that I am visual and tactile and need to see and feel things to know if I will like them, but he didn't care to do any work.
We will never be back to Kenny Kent due to this extremely lazy, unknowledgeable, and terrible service offered here. We learned absolutely more reviewing online ourselves than visiting your dealership. We will also warn everyone else of this as well because this is disgusting manners and behaviors for someone on the job.”

“I have purchased two vehicles previously from Kenny Kent Toyota and had positive experiences, which is why I was happy and confident to return this time.
Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I came in prepared, knowing my budget, my trade-in value, and what I could realistically afford. I own my trade outright, have a long history of on-time payments, and genuinely wanted to stay with Toyota.
Instead of working with me, I felt dismissed. My trade-in was lowballed, and there was no willingness to discuss options that fit my budget. I understand that markets change, but the lack of effort to retain a returning customer was discouraging. I left feeling unheard and unimportant as a customer.
I ultimately went to Hyundai, where they listened, respected my budget, worked with my trade-in fairly, and made the deal happen. The contrast in customer care was very clear.
I’m disappointed that Kenny Kent Toyota chose not to work with a loyal, repeat customer. I would have preferred to stay with Toyota, but feeling valued matters just as much as the vehicle itself.”

“I had an awesome experience working with Steven Shutz as a first time car buyer. There was no pressure and he was incredibly patient and helpful with my many questions. He made the experience way less nerve wracking through clear communication and transparency. I also got a great deal on the car. I definitely recommend working with him!”
