“This is the five star story of a car dealership that I didn't actually buy a car from, but wish I could have. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio and my daughter wanted an Outlander in a specific color, Moonstone Grey. According to their website, the local Cincinnati dealer had one so we rushed over to buy it. But it had just been sold 😥. And it wasn't possible to do a dealer trade in the time we needed, as we wanted to help a dealer with their end of year goal (and to get a spectacular deal for ourselves!). So we did our own search for a car nearby. We found the perfect car at Expressway Mitsubishi and they made a great deal for us! Coincidentally, a Moonstone Grey 2026 had just arrived at the Cincinnati dealer. I do believe the exceptional deal offered to me at Expressway Mitsubishi influenced our great deal at my Cincinnati dealer. Dealer competition is always good! Unfortunately, the driving distance and the time crunch made it more practical to buy in Cincinnati. But I can't say enough about the quality of the sales department, and the sales manager was exceptional! Had they had DocuSign, we would have bought in Evansville. However, if you live in that area, I would strongly encourage you to patronize this dealership;🙂”
