“Kevin is a super hero, he got my car serviced and repaired ASAP, took amazing care of me, and made the repair process completely effortless on my end. 10/10 communication, 10/10 service, everything about my experience was great. My husband and I have traveled across the country and been to multiple dealership service centers and not a single one comes even close to the experience I had here!”

“Went in on a Friday night after having shopped around at some other places and had almost given up on my car search for awhile but immediately upon pulling up I was met with nothing but positive attitude even though it was close to closing time and James my sales guy talked with me about what I was looking for and had me in and out within 30 minutes! Came in the next day because they had to transfer the car to their dealership and everyone there made the process of trading my current car and getting into my new car so simple and so pleasant! Shout out to the wonderful team at the Lincoln store and shout out to James for being a straightforward and honest salesperson”

“This was my first experience with Gerald Jones Lincoln and I did have high hopes. I have a used 20 black label Aviator I purchased last year from another dealer. I scheduled some service and everything seemed fine. Very nice and accommodating when I made the appointment. When I booked the appointment I asked about my phone as key option because I haven't been able to get it to work. It just will not connect to the car but i am able to start the car and schedule start ups. The only real fair i was missing is the car location feature. The guy said yes sir I have a couple good tech guys on Thursday next week that can look at that for you.
Fast forward to my appointment day. I drop the car off and I asked about the phone as key feature again because I wasn't sure if they needed my phone to check it out or how that worked. The service lady I was dealing with wasn't sure so she looked up some stuff and asked a few questions which didn't apply to me. Then she made a phone call and almost immediately I got the reason it didn't work was that they didn't offer phone to key in the 2020 aviators. Ummm excuse me but the previous owner used it because there were two keys set up under their info so I know it was available, is what i was thinking. So I didn't argue and I left the car. I did some research while I was gone and when I went to pick up my car I asked again about the phone as key feature. One of the service guys was willing to help but he got busy. Then the lady I dealt with previously came back up so I explained that my car does have this feature because all black label 2020's came with it standard. She then said it was part of a subscription package I needed to have (which was another lie). Phone to key does not require a subscription on the 2020 models. I explained to her it wasn't detrimental if it didn't work I just wanted some help trying to figure the issue out. She stated I didn't have the feature because where my car was built they didn't install phone as key in those particular models. She even went as far to lie and say I may see the feature in the car and on the app but my car didn't support that feature. That I would need to go through sales and have stuff installed etc. I finally just said thank you for all the info and I left.
Its one thing to say you don't know but don't lie when a customer asks a question about their car. I don't do well with being lied to and now I feel like I can't trust this service department or dealership. I've called another lincoln dealership to confirm what I already knew, that my car does support phone as key and it does not need a subscription. I may look dumb and I might even let you think I'm dumb but I'm not. If I was wrong I would say so but nothing I've found out so far said I am. I'm very upset at how I was lied to about so much in one visit. This should have been a great experience but it wasn't. If I had not been lied to things would have been great.
All I can say is first impressions matter and this one told me what I needed to know about this dealership. I guess I'll be driving out of town for my cars service from now on. I just hope the dealership takes this seriously and let's their employees know lying does not get you anywhere.
Just a break down of all the lies that I was able to confirm with another dealer and other sources.
*was told 2020 black label aviators did not have phone as keep. It wasn't available until the 2021 models.
*was told where my car was made they did not add phone as key feature to the vehicles
*was told the buttons are on your car and on the app but your car does not support this because you don't have a subscription to the tech package.
*was told a subscription was required for phone as key to work (2024 and newer require this feature but in 2020 models it was standard on the black label models)
Good luck if you decide to use them for service. Make sure you go in with knowledge about your car cause seems you will be told anything just to get you out their face.”

“I wanted to take a moment to share my excellent experience working with Byron Chivers during my recent vehicle purchase.
From the very beginning, Byron was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. He took the time to listen, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. His patience, transparency, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable.
Byron’s customer service truly stood out. He was responsive, courteous, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values building trust with his customers.
Because of Byron, I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family, and I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. Please recognize him for his outstanding service, he is a true asset.
Thank you for such a positive experience.”

“Gerald Jones Lincoln the best.
From the sales mgr to our finance guy(#2) to our very patient Salesman Tony Sutphin it was a very nice experience. Tony took the time to explain the deal. After the deal was done he spent a lot of time with us explaining and setting up the features of our new Lincoln. I’ve had some not so notable experience at dealerships but this rates as the very best! Thanks Tony and staff!!”
