I purchased a brand-new 2025 Audi Q7, but unfortunately it experienced ongoing electrical issues almost immediately. I owned the vehicle for about a month before deciding to trade it in. While I’m relieved to no longer be dealing with the car or the dealership, I’ve contacted them more than four times regarding a refund for my warranty and have yet to receive a response. The lack of follow-up from the dealership has been disappointing.

THANK YOU AUDI EUGENE! Sheppard Auto Group. We had the most pleasant car shopping experience at Audi Eugene we have ever had. All of the staff were super courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt pressured or rushed. I have to give the biggest thank you to Jacob S. & Heath L. in sales for answering all of my questions via email or text. I had many visits since July and my wife and I finally made it in, in December to complete our decision and purchase. They got us the vehicle we wanted, even though it wasn't on their lot, and a great deal to go with it. I don't think I have ever felt so good after signing the paperwork. We also have to give their service department a huge thank you and outstanding review especially Ryan A., for getting an issue resolved with an update to our new vehicle that the previous dealership didn't do before shipping it to Audi Eugene. The Audi Eugene/Sheppard Auto dealership is easy to access, it is clean, well taken care of and offers a great selection of vehicles and outstanding atmosphere. I highly recommend Audi Eugene and the Sheppard Auto Group. We will be back to purchase here again.

We were greeted promptly by JJ at the service counter. He was friendly and efficient at checking us in and verifying the details of our appointment. He asked us if we needed a ride, verified the best contact number and gave us an estimated timeline. The contact throughout the day via text was timely and informative. The video of the vehicle checkout adds a welcomed transparency to the process. The completion of the process was once again efficient and thorough. JJ was a pleasure to work with.

UPDATED REVIEW - Unfortunately, I need to revise my review to a lower rating. I discussed my complaints with management but they were unwilling to address the concerns to my reasonable satisfaction. Paint repairs (scratches and chips) agreed upon during sale negotiations were not completed in a professional manner, or not repaired at all, after the sale. Messages exchanged during negotiations clearly say bumper repairs would be "painted". This is an upscale, luxury car and we reasonably expected the paint repairs to be consistent with that quality. However, chips on the rear bumper were just "touched-up" in spots and not properly prepared, i.e. the chipped areas are still very noticeable. Looks like the quick, cheap repair it was. Three scratched on the front bumper were not painted at all. To be fair, repairs the wheel rims were professionally done. We also learned that the window tinting we purched from the dealer was marked up almost 100% over their cost from the local installer/supplier. INITIAL REVIEW - Purchased a nice, used 2021 Aviator taken in on trade. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and no pressure. Straight forward negotiation and fair price. Nice showroom and offices. I recommend doing business there.
