“Do not trust this location. Upon purchasing a vehicle the check engine light came on 3 days later. They said they couldn't do anything. Andrew said just detach the battery for 30 min and it will go away. Yes reset the error code not fix the problem. Talking to another location they were supposed to fix it. They got the part to fix it and provided a loaner. Check engine light is on again and they said bring it here we have a loaner for you set up. Guess what? No loaner available and no car to get to work tomorrow. Andrew Marc and Zade have been no help at all with this issue. Please do not get scammed or lied to by this location.”

“I walked in wanting on a hope & a pray that I would be able to get a car. John was my salesman and that beautiful man of God truly helped me. I cried because he seen that I was bruised and was going off Faith. God truly Blessed me to walk in that place to meet him. So I thank God for blessing me to meet him & I thank John for helping me drive off in a 2025 Honda HRV”

“The salesman, Craig, was very nice and helpful explaining the features of the vehicle etc. But, the company website that caught my interest and led me to drive almost an hour away to look at the vehicle was deceptive. It advertised the price with a discount of close to $4,000 off and it also clearly stated buyers may qualify for 2 additional discounts if they were in the military or in college. I know I didn't qualify for the 2 additional discounts but expected to buy the car at the advertised reduced price. The finite details stated it was offered if the buyer had good credit. With a score in the 800's - thats me. The only negotiation point I saw was the trade in value of my old car and I ran the kbb so had a ballpark range of what the average trade should be. I hit an impasse pretty quickly with the salesman when the numbers were presented.
The sales manager was called in and said the advertised price was for leasing only, not the purchase price for buying the car. The ad did not state that. And he said that reduced price included discounts for the military and college. The math and wording on the ad clearly showed that wasn't the case. They also offered me a price for my trade in that was a couple thousand lower than the very lowest kbb value. So, first, I think their ads are very deceptive and while I understand them trying to offer a low price on the trade in to help their business more, it was a little insulting to even think I would agree to that much of a low ball offer. I was ready to leave a couple times through the negotiations but they asked me to wait, and they walked out and returned with better offers. I wasn't angry, just kind of deflated and was ready to shop somewhere else.
They finally came in and agreed to honor the sale price as advertised and offered me a trade value within the kbb range. I am very happy with the vehicle, the salespeople were pleasant, even if it took over 4 hours of negotiations to reach an agreement. But I let them know what I thought of their deceptive advertising and even offered to help them develop more honest and accurate advertising if they want. I am sure the offer went in one ear and out the other.
So, to future buyers, just be aware that their advertising may not be accurate. Read the fine print so if they tell you something was in the "details" of the ad, you will be knowledgeable enough to refute that claim if it wasn't. I walked out happy with a great vehicle and an offer that very closely matched what I expected going in, I know that made some profit on the sale, but clearly not as much as they wanted. Why does it have to be so difficult?”
