“Came to charge my car and check out this dealership and left quickly… dirty bathrooms, dirty cars and gas vehicles using the EV spots. Basic management care attack or scare customers. Mine was the second.”

“Excellent service from start to finish at Chevrolet. Pete Pérez is an amazing person, extremely friendly, and very professional. From day one, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and always kept a positive and honest attitude. You can tell he truly knows his work and genuinely cares about helping customers make the right decision, not just making a sale. The entire experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Pete Pérez is a true professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service at Chevrolet.”

“Jaclyn G was the sales professional we worked with. She was witty, attentive, and very professional. My husband and I connected with her right away. She also did a fantastic job! If you are considering purchasing a Chevy or any other vehicle Estero Bay Chevrolet sells, please ask for Jaclyn – you will not regret it. Paul, her manager, came over and helped us with the financing process, and we were able to negotiate a fair and reasonable trade. We were impressed by how many cars were sold off the lot while we were working through our contract, which speaks volumes about their pricing, customer relations, and quality of service. We did not purchase a Chevy, as we had come to check out the Genesis GV80, and we were very pleased with the vehicle and the overall experience at the dealership.”

“I'm truly very disappointed after my first visit with my vehicle. For years I've been buying vehicles from them and having them serviced there. The sales team has really maintained their standards, but the service department left a lot to be desired this time. They didn't rotate the tires despite it being listed on the bill I received, i'm going to share pictures before and after service, and the fluid levels weren't even checked. I made a very polite call to the manager of this department simply to suggest that he shouldn't allow these kinds of things to happen, making it clear that I wasn't seeking any compensation. He courteously said he would call me back to explain what had happened, but I'm still waiting for that call. That's why I decided to leave this review, so that maybe it will get the attention of those who need to address it. To say that a service was provided when it wasn't actually performed is stealing from the customer or whoever is paying, and even worse, it can lead to damage to the vehicles that we, the owners, end up paying for. Now I wonder, did they even change the oil and filter? Who knows, but I'm certainly not going to find out. I'm never going back to Estero Bay Chevrolet for service again.”

“Extremely Unprofessional — Damaged My Corvette Beyond Repair. I brought my car to Estero Bay Chevrolet for something simple: to program a new key fob. My car was running perfectly fine when I dropped it off. Instead of completing a basic key fob replacement, they wiped the tune off my ECU (on a heavily modified vehicle), which caused major performance issues and dashboard errors. When I went to pick up the car, it was completely dead and the key fob still didn’t work. They told me they wouldn’t work on it anymore. Over six weeks and multiple visits later, I found one of their mechanics shoving a metal rod through my window to open the door after they drained the battery again — scratching the paint, damaging the tint, and even scuffing my glass roof. They had to repaint parts of the car (at my insistence), tow it to an outside tuner who fixed the key fob within an hour, but even that tow resulted in curb damage to my wheel. Now my ABS and traction systems don’t communicate with the ECU because they bricked it. After all that, Estero Bay Chevrolet hasn’t taken responsibility for the damage or costs they caused. Instead, they kept trying to convince me to trade in my car for a lowball offer. Avoid this dealership at all costs. What should’ve been a simple key fob job turned into a six-week nightmare that left my car in worse condition than ever.”
