“Do your research....before purchasing a car from here and I mean look at resale values of them being used....the pricing could have been better. They made the deal sound good...but it really wasn't. After doing more research I found cars similar to mine that were 21,000-23,000$ with the same miles..When mine is over 30,000$ and well over it... they told me the car was in good condition and anything to make the sale...but the car had a recall...and I don't like being lied too then to put up with attitude....if the car is clean...there would not have been a recall.....but overall the price ain't it. You're better off going to Los Angeles or San Diego...which is what I should have done.. I'm going to pay it down but I will be getting another vehicle but DEFINITELY NOT HERE.”

“For a while now, we’ve been trying to make a truck happen, but our 2015 RAV4 being seriously upside down and our credit still rebuilding made every door feel shut. It was honestly disheartening. They were upfront and caring every step: leasing didn’t work out, and the first purchase numbers were way too high for us, but Special Finance Manager Sami never once made us feel like a lost cause. He truly listened to our story, showed genuine compassion, and fought for us with incredible honesty and integrity. He did everything he could to find a way, pulling every possible option to get us into the Silverado we loved at a payment that actually fit for us, even under what we told him our top payment budget is.
Walking out with the truck we wanted, the payment we could handle, & no longer deep in negative equity felt like a huge weight lifted. It was more than just a car deal. It was kindness, patience, and real determination that made it possible. Even just the tiniest bit of customer service at the start went such a long way. Sami, Fernando and Adam & really the whole team at Aaron Ford of Escondido didn’t just help us buy a truck, they kept it transparent and really seemed to care.

“I found my future Bronco on the Aaron Ford's website. I went there expecting to have the typical (annoying) car salesperson experience. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Lala. She is great. I didn't feel pressured or deceived. She was very honest and professional. Even after the sale was complete, she kept in touch to make sure everything was going well with my new vehicle. Anything that came up, she was on it and took care of. I'm very happy with my new Bronco.
