“I recently had a tire puncture and dropped my car off at Hallyman Hyundai. I was incredibly impressed that they were able to fix the issue with no appointment! They even did my inspection. The service was not just friendly, it was truly excellent. A special shout-out to Alyssa, who was fantastic at keeping me updated with text messages throughout the entire process. This level of clear, proactive communication and efficiency is outstanding. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Worked with me, listened to what I wanted & answered all my questions. Helped me get what I wanted without a “bunch of extras” added to the cost. Very grateful for that. Nicholas Fall was an excellent sales person to work with. He is professional, and personable. He made the whole experience exciting and enjoyable. “Just bought a new 25 Tuscon and Nick Fall was absolutely perfect as always! He's knowledgeable, very patient and always friendly. I personally give him 5 stars. The reason for the 4 star review is the fact it took pretty much all day (through no fault of his) as somebody who works 3rd i do not have all day for a simple process. They did make up for the time spent which was very generous of them.”
