β€œHorrible service center, I had a serpentine belt service done and they forgot to reinstall several retainer clips which is really careless. They also have the service advisor act like a tech which is weird because they don’t work on the car. I also bright my car in because the tire was leaking air and they told me there was no crack in the wheel nor was there a puncture in the tire. I brought the car to another dealer and they found there crack in the wheel and pierced to promptly fix it. THE SERVICE TECHS THERE ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!”

β€œThe worst! I have been twice to this dealership in the same week. Agreed on a lease for the Alfa Romeo Stelvio that has 4000 miles which is a loaner car (they bullshitted me that they test the car to make sure no issues for few thousand miles which is a huge lie and very very unprofessional instead of saying it's a loaner car). Then deal fell through because they were pushing the grey color which I didn't want. I wanted the black (same msrp and mileage ~3800miles - exactly everything) and they would not lease that to me for unconvincing reasons like it came to the lot late blah blah. Few days later, another sales man from dealership calls me and says he was able to secure that lease deal on the black color that I wanted initially and I can come pick it up. I take an uber there from queens, ny so roughly a $100 for the 2nd time! Excited for the new car and I'm supposed to only go sign the documents and drive the car. I bought insurance for it too so all documents are ready. They even put a ribbon on the car (see pic). Also, car had french fries in the door pocket, sticky cup holders from spilled soda. Which proves it was a loaner car! I can tell they didn't even clean the interior. Again very very unprofessional. Then 2 hours of waiting later, they say oh sorry we thought you're talking about the grey car. AGAIN!!! how unprofessional and amateurs are these guys?? THE WORST. will never ever deal with those incompetents again. If i could give minus stars I would!”
