Warning: Potential customers should exercise caution when considering this establishment, as they may encounter significant issues with integrity. I recently experienced a distressing situation with this business, which led me to lose trust in their services. The problems began when they provided inaccurate information regarding my vehicle's warranty, followed by a lack of response to my phone calls seeking clarification. After being ignored repeatedly, I visited the shop in person and was informed by Jim that my car was ready for pickup, pending payment from my insurance provider. However, I had previously been misled about the repair costs, which should have been covered under the warranty, and was charged additional fees totaling nearly $700 out of pocket. Following a prolonged back-and-forth with my insurance company, which ultimately agreed to cover the costs, the shop failed to communicate with me, and then claimed they were waiting for payment. I believe that if the staff, including Jim, Steve, Rob, Allex, and Allen, had maintained open communication, I would have received my vehicle sooner, ensured timely payment, and avoided unnecessary delays, particularly when I needed to visit my family. Unfortunately, their actions demonstrated a lack of respect for loyal customers. Therefore, I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this establishment to avoid potential headaches in the future.

Where do I start. John and Urich were absolutely fantastic on closing this deal. I originally went in looking for a used Ram, left with a fantastic deal with a brand new 2026. These guys are beyond professional and are willing to make the car buying experience as easy as it can. I’ll always recommend CDJR Englewood Cliffs!

What impressed me most was how informative yet relaxed the process felt. The salesperson walked me through the differences between models and trim levels, explaining features like 4×4 systems and safety tech in plain language. There was no pressure to decide on the spot, and I never felt rushed or upsold unnecessary add-ons. Overall, the experience was professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused. I left feeling like the team genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle — not just making a sale. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep.

My husband and I had such an amazing experience buying our first mini van! We had our son with us and the employees didn't mind him running around and they even gave him ducks to play with. Everyone was extremely professional, kind and respectful. We did NOT feel the pressure to buy something and they people we delt with both John (the dealer) and Yarik (the manager) were open and honest the whole time. They gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision and helped us all the way. We would definitely come back here if we ever needed a car again.

Poor service experience. Booked service appointment for standard 7K miles service. Was not quoted a price until I visited the day of. Price was >$500 for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and basic checks, so I opted only for the oil change. The simple oil change took them over 2 hours to complete (with an appointment!). I also requested ahead of time to check for an issue regarding proximity lock/unlock, for which Stellantis has issued a fix. This request was completely ignored and not fixed. There's no realistic way to be able to talk to the service department other than in person. I tried reaching the service department for DAYS ahead of the appointment and nobody would ever pick up the phone. My calls were put on hold indefinitely. Literally no way to contact them. Voice mailboxes full. Definitely not going again for any service needs. P.S.: Looking through the reviews, clearly they only respond to the good ones. Multiple complaints on the quality and efficiency of the service department. I should have done my research and read through them before scheduling my service appointment.
