“All 5 STARS from the first step on the lot to driving home in my Bronco, wait, even after that! I did a lot of homework before buying my Bronco from Encinitas Ford. Had some questions after I was dealing with Perry to begin with, he texted back that it was his day off, passed me to Gilbert, more questions answered, photos sent, and more questions answered, was never too busy for me. Arrived met Perry, test drive was BUTTER! All questions asked were answered! Hooked me! Passed me off to Kevin in Sales, treated like I was one of the family (more on that later) we struck a deal and it wasn’t a buy this buy that extras pitch, he gave my options and reason for them and left it up to me NO PRESSURE. Passed to Chrystie in finance, She did the same gave me my options with no pressure but as they all were, very confident in their products and service. The stuff sells itself! Ended up driving home in a brand new 2025 Bronco. Here’s the kicker, every email I’ve sent has been answered pretty quickly with the answers I needed. Got an email from Scott, I have no idea who he was but said he’s available should I have any questions regarding features and or any questions at all! I’m feeling pretty good about this! Oh yes the family part, before I left I went to give one handshake to each of the involved parties. The owner was there, stood up (manners are a pretty big thing for me) - shook my hand and said “Welcome to the Encinitas Ford Family”. Icing and.
