“Multiple times I have brought this car in for the sane issues which do not get resolved…. Our car was in an “incident” while in for service and the communication, or lack thereof, was very disappointing ….. the car has scratches and dents on it that were not there when it was brought in which we were told were from the “incident”, yet not fixed….. communication, again, was terrible since there was none, even after multiple times we reached out to ask for details and information….. the only communication we had was through someone we didn’t even know until we went to pick the car up….. the one time that there was communication with our “service rep,” we were met with a very unsettling attitude and then no communication again…. No police report, no incident report, no report of what damage was done, no auto body report, no report whatsoever….. no communication whatsoever…..
This car has been in for service too many times to count with nothing being resolved, which leads to the multiple returns for service….. it is very disappointing and disheartening to feel so uncomfortable with bringing this car in for service and/or picking it up, only to discover that the issues still persist….”
