“This is the worst Infiniti dealership I have ever done business with. I have bought 7 Infiniti vehicles in the last 20 years and never experienced the issues that I’ve had with JBA with any other dealership. They forgot to put oil back in my M56 and nearly ruined my engine. They’ve forgotten to put engine covers back on after oil changes. I’ve had to call consumer affairs multiple times. They’ve charged multiple diagnostic fees for warning lights in the past and couldn’t tell me what was wrong. One time my M56 wouldn’t start at 205k miles. I had it towed to JBA and they had the car for 2 days looking it over. They charged me $170 diagnostic fees said my engine was dead and needed to be replaced. They said it would be $25,327 for a new engine. They asked if I wanted to donate the car, assuming I was gonna tak their word. I ended up having it towed to another mechanics and he fixed it for $1250. The car is still running today and has 258k miles. The latest problem was over a center console panel on my QX80. It keeps popping undone and I asked JR to look at it. He wanted to charge me a $205 diagnostic fee to look at it. It’s ridiculous. The panel brand new is $150. I might just need a clip or something simple. They keep wanting to rip costumers off with these silly diagnostic fees and then wonder why Infiniti sales are down. I ended up taking my QX80 to Nissan. They did the tire rotation and oil change for less money and looked at the back panel for free. It’s the simple things that retain customers.”

“Saheed Akinso responded to my online inquiry and assisted me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and patient (and not pushy) which I very much appreciated! I test drove a used 2022 QX 60 as well as a new 2025 QX 60. Saheed was helpful in describing the differences between the two vehicles (other than the price and mileage). After seeing each car again, I ended up going with the 2025 model. The trade-in of my existing car was seamless. The general manager and finance manager were helpful, congenial and efficient!”
