“We purchased a 2020 explorer in 2023. After our purchase and looking over the carfax we realized it was a hertz rental car and not a corporate lease as listed. Thats fine and all, but it said on the carfax no accidents reported so I didnt look any further and continued with the purchase. After taking the suv back to the dealership 8 times 45 min each way and under threat of an attorney, no exaggeration, for the car continously pulling me and my family over the center line. They told us that it was caused by the altornator and a magnetic field causing the stearing to pull. After digging through the car fax it showed a front right controle arm replacement on a 3 year old vehicle. Sounds like an unreported accident and hidden from the car fax. Legal but shady. After the 8th time they assured us that the vehicle would never have a problem again. Insimply asked to trade the vehicle in for a differnt car and they tried to knock us 8,000 dollars for our trade back to them with only 2000 more miles. Well over the years it has been an absolute financial disaster. We are upside down in it at 14,000 dollars due to its high mileage (note we paid 30k for 91,000 miles) cheep at the time during the covid over pricing. It goes through tires every 8 months or so dumping thousands annually in repair costs while being upside down in the loan. Now that we have put 10s of thousands of mile and thousands of extra dollars into the vehicle there are continued issues related to the (accident) that was hidden. I will never buy a car from them again and suggest that anyone that buys from them to extensively look over there carfax or find a better dealership that doesn't deal in crashed cars. Dealership wounder why everyone lies about there vehicle when trading it in. Because dealers do the same to sell them. I dont want anything from this place but to warn people that they may have serious issues from the rental cars they sell here.”

“What brought me from an hour away was their open relationship as a business with our Savior Christ Jesus-Yeshua. What kept me in the door was their personal and zero pressure assistance and determination to work with me and not just make a profit. As a combat veteran, values and the courage to express them politely matter to me. Thank you to the management Eric and Andrew for letting me leave with a new truck despite some needed items, Neil in finance, and my dealer-Jerrimiah who was the newest of them and even the porter who I saw wearing a Navy Veteran sweatshirt. They all individually played a part in my mental decision to purchase my next 10+ year mode of transportation which I always live my life in and out of: hunting, truck bed tent, cross country trips to visit my kids, vacations, and work. Thank you and God blessings to you all.”

“We had a very mixed experience at this dealership. Jeremiah Sullivan, our sales rep, was excellent—cool, patient, and genuinely attentive. He listened to what we wanted, never rushed us, and took his time explaining everything. My boyfriend and I took a truck out for a test drive with Jeremiah and liked it enough to move forward. We were clear that we wanted the vehicle but were also trying to stay within a budget, so we asked if there was any flexibility on price. Jeremiah was transparent and said he would try his best, but the final decision had to be approved by the sales manager. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales manager, Andrew Weitzner, was the complete opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and had a clear attitude from the start. When we asked about reducing the price, he responded by saying they were “trying to make money too,” rather than having a respectful or collaborative conversation. What made this even more uncomfortable was that while we were there, we observed Andrew being noticeably kinder and more accommodating to another couple (who were white) when they asked for a price reduction. As an Asian couple, this difference in treatment did not go unnoticed and made the interaction feel even worse. After giving us attitude, he eventually approved a reduced price, which we accepted. Three months later, the truck’s battery completely failed. Having such a major issue so soon after purchase is extremely disappointing and raises concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time it was sold. Jeremiah did everything right and deserves credit for how he treated us. Unfortunately, the sales manager’s behavior and the post-purchase issue left us with a very negative overall impression of this dealership.”
