“I had a great experience at Kunes of Elkhorn GMC. Karl Z. (Salesman) 5 Stars Jamie (Sales Manager) 5 Stars Teala M. (Finance) 5 Stars Looking online I found the Truck I wanted. I drove to Kunes and asked to see it. Karl was on it in a heartbeat. He looked on the lot for it, as there car lot is pretty full and found it quickly. He brushed off the snow, drove it over to the doors for me and allowed it to warm up for a minute. Took it for a test drive and was happy with the performance of it. Asked for the CarFax and was happy to see the report. There was NO pressure to buy. I told them I'd think about it and get back to them. I told them I'd be back in a week and if the truck was still there, I'd buy it. I gave Karl a handshake on my word. Having a busy work schedule and not knowing when I could get back, I texted Karl about 4 days later that I would be in to Buy the truck and be in on a certain day and to have the truck go through an alignment before I picked it up. Again, No money down yet and still going on my word & handshake. The day came I could make it in but I only had a small window of time. I told Karl I would be there by 8am! Karl had a dead battery on his personal car. But that was ok.. The team at Kunes took over and made sure all the moving parts were in there place to keep me on time. Karl made it in about 15-20 minutes later. I was just in the middle of signing the paperwork. He grabbed the keys, Put a full tank of fuel in. Keep in mind, this was a used truck. (Not normal or what is done when purchasing a used vehicle) but Karl was adamant about making sure I was taken care of. He provided me the paperwork from the alignment after I signed the finance paperwork and the deal was done. I was out the door in less than 1 hour. I shook Karl's hand one more time and thanked him for the time and effort he spent working with me. I Thanked both Jamie & Teala as well for making sure I was out in a timely manner. Karl has reached out a couple of times to be sure I was happy with my purchase and to remind me of my First Free Oil Change coming up:-) I don't buy vehicles often, but I'll be back when I'm ready and I hope Karl will still be there with his team of Jamie & Teala.
