“I recently bought my first car from Elk Grove Volkswagen, and the experience was honestly amazing. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They stayed true to their word and honored everything they promised, which I really respect.
Gian especially was perfect throughout the entire deal. He was patient, transparent, and made sure I understood every detail. They were upfront about the car’s condition, went over all the checkpoints, and explained everything clearly without trying to hide anything or push unnecessary stuff on me.
As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how comfortable and confident they made me feel. No pressure, no games — just honest and professional service. Hats off to Gian and the whole team. Highly recommend them if you’re looking to buy a car!”

“Service members mislead customers by concealing information tricking the customer that repairs are covered by warranty. If you are there to get an oil change done and they insist to get other repairs done. Please ask for the total amount before you sign the any documents. I have lost respect and trust in this dealership I will never go back there again.”

“Incredible team- we’ve had the pleasure of working with Miguel and Barry as well as the lovely young girl who gave us a loaner for the day (don’t remember her name but she’s so friendly and helpful.) Everyone here is knowledgeable and so welcoming. Phenomenal service. Thank you!”

“Just want to say Tricia my service advisor was super nice and helpful for my appointment. She answered all my questions and walked me through everything that needed explaining. She made sure to update me on future services necessary so as to make sure my car is running smoothly. I’ll definitely call back and schedule my future services with Tricia in the future.”

“We made a two-hour drive from Marin for absolutely nothing. I had been in constant contact with Gian and his manager Diego, who both assured us that the black 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line we were coming to see was in excellent condition and had been “detailed” before our arrival. Both of those claims turned out to be completely false.
When we got there, the car had obvious damage and poor repair attempts that were never disclosed on Carfax or their listing. The front chrome grille was warped/peeling off, and underneath it we discovered the previous owner had clearly hit something - part of the bumper was chipped off, sanded down, and painted a dull matte black that didn’t even match the rest of the car. The area wasn’t flush and looked like a cheap cover-up. The rear left side had multiple circular scratches, and the antenna was completely popped off, exposing the inside of the roof to rain. The antenna itself had a large white scratch which clearly was it by something hard enough to pop it off and dent the roof of the car. During the test drive, the alarm kept going off on the screen which now makes sense given the antenna damage.
We asked several times throughout the process if there were any cosmetic or structural issues to be aware of, and both Gian and Diego repeatedly said the car was in great shape except for a “slightly warped” chrome grille. None of the other major issues were mentioned. To make matters worse, the car hadn’t even been cleaned - it was dirty outside, covered in bugs, and the interior had crumbs, dirt, and fingerprints all over the screen (they mentioned this would be detailed inside and out prior to our arrival).
Now we understand why they advertise this car as the “best priced” in the market - it’s because it’s damaged and covered up to appear like a “great value” on Carfax by marking them as having no damage.
I never thought a dealership could be this unprofessional and dishonest. We wasted four hours of driving round-trip for a car that was completely misrepresented. If you’re considering the 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line in black, beware - this vehicle is not worth anywhere near $32K out the door. This experience was deceptive from start to finish.”
