“Update: months later, I get an expired registration notice for my old vehicle from the DMV asking me to pay money. The dealership is saying there is little they can do, and is being condescending and patronizing. This is a very infuriating and unfortunate experience. Fantastic experience at Audi Elk Grove. They gave me a great deal on a brand-new Q5 and were patient while I test-drove different models. No pressure, very respectful, and flexible on pricing. “Pretty disappointed. Never owned an Audi and figured maybe today was the day to take a visit and look into one. Came with my husband to look at a new s line car. Sales rep was very disconnected with us and informed us he didn’t work in the Audi side only VW. Okay…. So we drove the sq8 which I loved but my husband wondered about a sedan so we asked Guien about the s8 but informed us we could not drive it. Told us how people come in and test drive cars and put so many miles on them. Okay? What does that have to do with me? He informed me customers that buy these cars already know what they want so what about the NEW customers? Keep in mind we test drove a Range Rover and a pre owned g wagon before this. I came in sweats and a sweater maybe that was the issue I didn’t look like their model customer?”
