“Took my truck in for service and it needed parts. It was under warranty still for another month. The said on Friday that parts would be in Monday and they would call. No phone call and they won’t return voice mails from service department for two weeks. EVER. I had sales take my name and number back to them. They tried to figure out what went wrong and I asked if parts were ordered, they said they don’t know and they would call me back and now not calling me back. Either fraud of trying to get out of not doing warranty work. Let BBB know of this practice that they might have going on so others aren’t getting scammed. Place has gone to the dumps in the last ; years. You can hear it from their employees.”
