“I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this dealership. Surprise fees + add-ons, misleading contract terms, and unprofessionalism. My experience with Xclusive Wholesale Gallery has been overwhelmingly negative. We went to finance a $29,999 car with $6,000 down. The salesman and manager insisted that because of my credit. In addition to the standard monthly payment of the loan. Showing me a bi-monthly price was very misleading, as I thought it was $470/month. THIS IS MY MISTAKE. I should have realized it was a bi-monthly payment. HOWEVER, as we discussed the loan, I said $470/month dozens of times and were not corrected once. Against my better judgement I signed off on the paperwork, but I didn't receive any copies I went back two days requesting a copy of the contract and they wouldn't provide it. After doing my own research I was able to call the bank and they explained to me that my monthly payment was 870/month. When asking simple questions about the numbers on the contract the manager became very Rude and Unprofessional. He tried to justify the additional charges, how you go from 29,999 to 34,000 not making us aware of the price change.”

“This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They sold me a broken car and no one is taking responsibility. It has been one month since I purchased the vehicle, and it has been in their repair shop the entire time. I got screwed a big time here, and the repair shop they sent me to has been giving me excuses for two weeks. The mechanic is constantly unavailable.“at lunch,” “at a doctor’s appointment,” or “somewhere else.” Meanwhile, the dealer acts like they have no idea what’s going on. I definitely would not recommend buying a car there,,, unless you want unnecessary stress and headaches. They take responsibility for nothing, and the cars they sell are in very poor condition. Most terrible The car was priced at $13,000. Got car with financing,I paid $2,500 down payment , and they added an additional $4,000 in fees or taxes no clue still trying to figure out what’s going on. As a result, this old and defective car is costing me $19,000. I wish never went there and got screwed.”

“A little over a month ago I started my search for a car to replace my 2004 Saab AKA Bob the Saab aka Bob the bouncing Saab aka my rolls canardly, you see my aging hooptie basically rolls down one hill and can hardly make it up the other one.. Lol The best thing I could say about poor old Bob Is that the engine started every time, and the wheels were around which gets me to work and back. A A beautiful Audi S5 of the 2018 variety caught my eye and when I inquired about it the car was available. After talking with the beautiful receptionist Alicia I drove down there to take a look at and try the car. Of course I fell in love with it and even when it's far as having lemon squad do a extremely thorough assessment of it. The salesman, Duran, Is not only very knowledgeable about the car but he's a car fanatic himself owning two German cars of different vintages. We hit it all well and every question, and trust me I don't jump into anything so I asked a lot of questions, Duran in the staff were more than helpful And when Duran was busy another salesman jumped in and was answering my questions. The fact that my insurance settlement check took longer to clear than I thought is the ONLY reason I didn't get that car and someone else did. But in spite of that I HIGHLY recommend Xclusive Wholesale Auto Group, and if you're looking for a slightly used car there is no better place around to buy a pre-owned car at a reasonable price. They work with the best financing teams and if your credit is even so-so as long as you have a job they will find the correct car for you at the right price.
