I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Biggers Mitsubishi Elgin and would highly recommend this dealership. You can buy a car anywhere, but I always believed it was best to purchase where you will have it serviced. The Service dept at Biggers has earned my trust and my business for over 20 years. From Keith and Mike Glusto, the communication and honesty have set this place apart from any other. Great Team!

I love my car first of all, 2015. She has been the best car i have ever had, I'm 57. I plan on buying a new one in 3 years. The service is absolutely amazing and HONEST. THANK YOU 🥰 P.S. my daughter has a 2015 Lancer and loves it too.

I had a very frustrating experience with the service department. I specifically said no inspection multiple times — just an oil change because I was on a time crunch. The last time I came in, they took forever, so I made it very clear I only wanted the oil change. Back in November, I paid $54 for an oil change. Now in February 2026, it was suddenly $99? That’s ridiculous. When I questioned it, the service manager told me they’re the cheapest around — which is simply not true. Before I even checked out, someone came over and handed me paperwork for a multi-point inspection after I clearly stated I did not want one. Then I was told it was “mandatory” because my check engine light was on, which is false. The last time I came in, I declined the inspection and was out in 30 minutes with no issue. This time I waited an hour and a half. They also tried to push a payment plan on me, and when I declined, they kept asking why. It feels like constant upselling and pressure. When I asked why the inspection was done anyway, instead of telling me upfront it was “mandatory,” I was told they’re short staffed on Saturdays and it’s their busiest day. That’s not my responsibility — I made an appointment. Then I was told I didn’t even have one and was just a walk-in. I showed the text message confirmation as proof, and they said it “wasn’t in the system” as if that somehow made it my fault. I don’t understand why they couldn’t communicate clearly from the start. If they had told me they were going to do the inspection regardless, I would have gone somewhere else. Instead, I was stuck paying almost $100 for an oil change and waiting far longer than expected. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning AT ALL.

I had an excellent experience at Bigger Mitsubishi. Rafael in sales was amazing to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Jim in finance went above and beyond and was able to get me approved for a brand new Outlander, which I truly appreciate. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bigger Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

We had an exceptional experience at Biggers Mitsubishi, and I can’t say enough good things about our sales staff, Rafal and Jim. From start to finish, the entire purchase process was incredibly professional, smooth, and stress‑free. My daughter was buying her very first car, and Rafal treated her with genuine respect throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered her questions without a hint of condescension, and made sure she felt confident and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between expertise and approachability, but Rafael absolutely delivered. The dealership itself was organized, transparent, and efficient — exactly what you hope for when making such an important purchase. Thanks to Rafal and the team at Biggers Mitsubishi, my daughter drove away thrilled with her new car and with a truly positive first‑time buying experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dealership that values professionalism, courtesy, and customer care.
