We just purchased a beautiful Mazda CX-70 from Viva Mazda and it was a fantastic experience throughout the process. It started with interaction on the web, via phone (texting and voice) with Danielle Rascon, BDC Manger, who was wonderful! When we arrived at the dealership, Danielle put us in the very capable hands of Adrian Quezado, who was completely awesome through the entire sales process. Sean Taylor, our finance manager, was also perfect--knowledgeable and thorough. The General Manager, Adrian Morales, took the time to speak with us and even went above and beyond to find us a red one. Met with Marcie Emler, parts manager, and she was great as well. Received a call from service welcoming us aboard yesterday too. Only one caution for you buyers wanting a tow package: The only thing that comes with the car is the software towing capability. You have to purchase the receiver, brake control and wiring harness separately. Both website and sticker are misleading. But, most importantly, we strongly recommend Viva Mazda! Great buying experience

Before purchasing a Mazda, I would strongly encourage anyone to be aware of the issues some owners are experiencing with the CX-70 and CX-90. I purchased a CX-90 in April 2025, and by just 2,000 miles the brakes started squeaking. I took it in to have the rotors and pads replaced, but the issue was never fixed. Eventually, I decided to trade the vehicle in. What really made the experience frustrating, though, was the dealership itself. The sales staff did not seem well-trained on the vehicles they were selling, which made it hard to feel confident in the purchase. Management was essentially nonexistent. Multiple times I asked to speak with a manager, and no one ever came out or followed up. The finance process was the final straw. The finance representative, Shawn, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, as if helping customers was inconvenient. Customer service is a big part of that role, and unfortunately it was completely lacking. There’s honestly much more to the story, but it would easily turn into a full page. Bottom line: I would not recommend this dealership. We ended up trading the Mazda and purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of El Paso, and the difference was night and day. The general manager was welcoming, the staff was knowledgeable, and everyone treated us with respect. No pressure, just solid customer service. I’m not telling anyone to buy a Mercedes-Benz, but I do recommend at least walking into their dealership before committing to Viva Mazda. The quality of the dealership really does matter. While I truly loved my CX-90, the combination of unresolved vehicle issues and poor service made the experience not worth it. Unfortunately, I would not purchase another Mazda again or recommend this dealership to anyone.

In all my years of purchasing a vehicle, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ruben went above and beyond in helping me find a vehicle that was best suited for me and within my price range. Considering my personal circumstances, the finance manager offered me a warranty and payment plan that made life affordable and the store manager Omar ensured my needs were met, making me feel like a valued and trusted customer. I will certainly be returning when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle! FANTASTIC JOB!
