“Due to circumstances that resulted in us having limited time to purchase a car, we decided to check out Kia. We were unfamiliar with the brand and ended up really liking the K4 for our son. Jose Castaneda (Pepe) was the representative who helped us out and went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle quickly, efficiently, and without a hassle. He was honest and upfront and went the extra mile to get us our vehicle in time for our son to go back to school out of town.
Additionally, Jasmine Gutierrez, the Finance Manager, was prepared when we arrived for our appointment and did not give us a hard time trying to upsell add ons. She was pleasant to work with and was very warm and inviting.
I can honestly say that buying a car ranks up there with having teeth pulled without sedative, but we were extremely content with our experience at Viva Kia. We are so grateful for the positive experience and would recommend them to our friends and family.”

“We spent nearly 6 hours at this dealership to find the perfect family vehicle. We agreed on a price, picked the exact color and trim, and even took the celebratory photo. The next day, we arrived to finalize the deal and the price was suddenly thousands higher.
When we returned later to resolve it, they kept us waiting for 40 minutes only to tell us the vehicle was "already sold"—a fact they somehow didn't know, despite us having already registered it in Kia Connect. After this bait-and-switch, they tried to sell us other cars, but we lost all trust. We walked away and saved us more headaches, save your time and your sanity.”

“Yes, I would like to say, I have been searching for a new car for months now, and although KIA was on my list, I had never known enough about the cars for it to really be at the top of the list. When I went to the dealership to congratulate my sister on her new car, I wasn’t even looking at the KIA cars, I was first interested in the used cars, like the Bronco. David, whom had initially helped my sister, was the main reason of why KIA made its way to the top of my list. He was patient with my family and I, he was very well informed on the vehicles features, and, did not make my family and I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I feel as though these are qualities that should be expected from most dealers, but sadly, aren’t. I was able to test-drive the 2025 KIA K4, and fell in love with the features and the way the car felt when driving. David is truly an amazing dealer at Viva KIA, if it had not been for his patients, informativeness, and honesty, I would have not gotten my car.”

“My experience was awesome from start to finish! Everyone genuinely welcomed us. Big shout out to my salesman Azel whom was knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions. It was an extremely hot day and he had no problem walking me to the cars I wanted to look at. He also took his time to explain all then tech features of the car to my Dad. I have never praised a salesperson in my life lol but he really genuinely left a great impression on my purchase and made the expense positive for us.”
