“This place is a circus. I came in looking for a car that was listed on their east side website. Walk around the lot twice. It’s not here. Ask the attendant. Says it’s at the west side location and they can drive it over. Ok that’s a little weird but no problem. Wait 30 minutes. Actually, the car is at the shop. What? Who is running this place? Does no one keep inventory? What’s the point of having three separate websites if they just swap cars willy-nilly? Don’t get me wrong, the attendant was really nice and apologetic. But clueless. Anyway, I ask for another car that’s again, on the east website. Says it’s at the west location as well… oh, nevermind, we already sold it. Seriously. Who runs the website? Who keeps inventory? Who is in charge of this place? I didn’t even get close to starting to cut a deal here. Ridiculous. Also whoever mans the SMS line is a clown. Ignoring me after I asked a question. Must hate making money. I waited hours until I just decided to drive over to the lot. What a waste of time. Don’t bother here. Plenty of other dealerships with better service.”

“We went to Rise V to check out a car and take it for a test drive, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The salesperson we dealt with was completely unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. Instead of answering questions or walking us through anything, he immediately handed my husband a credit application without even explaining anything about the car or the process. When I asked him to change the PO to reflect my bank information, he didn’t even know how to do it — and didn’t bother trying. It felt like he had no interest in actually helping us or making the sale. I asked if the car price was negotiable, and he flat-out said no without any explanation or effort to work with us. He never took down our information for follow-ups or updates, and honestly didn’t even try to sell us the car.(the car was filthy with scratches everywhere on top of everything ) The whole interaction made us feel like we weren’t being taken seriously as buyers. If that’s how they treat potential customers, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.”
