“I’ve used Casa Buick GMC on Montana in El Paso Texas now for ~3 years even though they are not in my home city. Used them for the first time when on the road with my GMC 3500HD while pulling a 5th wheel. I have family in EP and they were convenient for a scheduled maintenance stop. I was treated so well the first time, unlike my home dealership, that I decided to work my vehicle’s maintenance schedule around our visits in EP. Once again during this service visit they did not disappoint! Beginning with the 7:00 AM, sharp, opening of their bays. I want to give a shout out to the service advisor that took care of me, Blanca Sanchez. Cordial, attentive, thorough and quick even though I didn’t have a set appointment. We even have a set plan for a switch replacement in the wiper system of the truck when I pass back through town in a couple weeks. Blanca got the problem diagnosed, she contacted my extended warranty company to obtain approval and will order the part with the right timing when we’re headed back. This is how customer service after the sale should look like! 👊🏼”

“The sales rep and finance guy were over all great, sometimes felt like our conversations during negotiation were rushed but overall good dude. I’m disappointed in the fact that I asked for a detail of the used vehicle multiple times and they didn’t do it. They said they would clean it. I Spent a ton of money on a used truck and it still has dog hair in it and paint has scratches that need polished out. And even the bed of the truck was filthy. So not totally satisfied as a customer. I realize I bought a used truck that had been worked but they could have cleaned it up better.”
