“I recently bought a new Crosstrek, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience! The agent Dylan who helped me was truly exceptional. He is kind, patient, and very accommodating. He took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, and made sure I understood every detail. I really appreciated how straightforward he was and how he respected my time. Never once pressuring or rushing me. Even after I had already completed my purchase and gone home, he still went out of his way to assist me when I needed help. That kind of service is rare. He’s truly one of a kind and a great asset to the company. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Everyone I met was polite and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this dealership and especially my agent, Dylan to anyone looking for an outstanding car-buying experience!”

“Jose was a wonderful salesman! I came in looking at one vehicle and ended up in another. This dealership offered great rates, was so accommodating and listened to my concerns. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours and that was with detailed explanations on my purchase. It is my first Subaru and I was very pleased with level of customer service and care that the brand has as a whole along with the passion from its employees.”

“I recently bought a new Subaru Forester from Todd. I have family members that own Subaru's and are very happy with them. My son had recommended the Forester but I drove several models so I could compare. I ended up with the Forester and I love it. The buying process was easy, every step was explained. Todd had a team and each person was very helpful. I think the entire process was about an hour and a half. I expect to enjoy my Forester for many years.”

“I bought my 2022 Subaru Legacy XT from this dealership about 45 days ago, and I honestly feel disappointed and taken advantage of. When you buy a newer car, especially on a loan, you expect it to be safe and ready to drive, not to immediately cost you hundreds of dollars in repairs. Not even two months after purchasing, one of my front tires malfunctioned. I had no choice but to replace both front tires, spending $600 out of pocket on a car I just bought. After the replacement, I discovered that my new front tires are 9/32”, but the rear tires that came with the car are 6/32” and 7/32”. Anyone who owns an AWD Subaru knows this difference in tread depth can damage the drivetrain, and that’s something a dealership should absolutely check before selling a vehicle. Instead, I was left paying for their lack of inspection or honesty. I reached out hoping for some accountability or at least understanding, but got nothing. It’s frustrating to feel like once the sale was made, they stopped caring. I’m sharing this so others don’t have to go through what I did. Please check the tires, ask for tread depth measurements, and don’t assume “newer” means “safe.” I really wanted to love this car, but this experience completely shattered my trust in this dealership. I appreciate the reply, but this was a tire failure, not wear and tear or anything I did. The tires were described as “almost brand new,” yet one failed only two months after purchase. I’ve only driven my kids to school and local errands, about 2,000 miles total, so if the tires were truly new, there’s no way they should have lost 6/32” of tread in that short time. When I came in for help, the dealership didn’t have my tire in stock and I had to go elsewhere to stay safe. I expected more support and accountability for a recent sale, and the dealership should be reaching out to me directly to resolve this.”

“I purchased a Tahoe from this dealership through a wholesale auction platform. The vehicle was clearly advertised in the listing photos with aftermarket Fuze wheels (approx. $1,000 value). When it arrived in Arizona, it had stock factory wheels instead — with no disclosure that the change had been made. I contacted the auction platform, who confirmed the dealer declined to make any adjustment or return the correct wheels. The platform issued me a small courtesy credit on their side, but the dealership itself offered no resolution. As a licensed dealer myself, I would never sell a vehicle with a major advertised feature missing at delivery. Very disappointing experience.”
