“Lexus was incredibly attentive when it came to making the sale and handling my trade‑in, but the service completely disappeared the moment the deal was done. I called three separate times for a simple status update on my open lease loan, and not one person bothered to return my call. I even reached out directly to my sales rep, Brian, and still received no response after purchasing my car. I expected far better communication and professionalism. At this point, I honestly wish I had purchased my vehicle at a different location.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue was handled by Lexus El Cajon Service. I received a call from a supervisor named Linda, and the experience was shocking. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her tone was unprofessional from the start, and instead of listening or trying to resolve the problem, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. At one point, she even suggested that it would be “better for me to go to another location,” rather than offering any solution or support. That is not customer service—especially not for a luxury brand like Lexus. What made this experience even worse is that the call ended abruptly, which felt like the conversation was intentionally cut short. No attempt was made to resolve the issue, de-escalate the situation, or show any level of courtesy or accountability. When Lexus hires supervisors, they should be trained to respect customers and solve problems, not dismiss concerns and push customers away. I am honestly shocked by how I was spoken to and treated. This experience does not reflect the Lexus standards that customers expect and trust.”

“I have purchased/leased several cars from Lexus El Cajon over probably a 15 - 18 year period and they never cease to exceed my expectations. They won my business around 2007 and I have stayed with them ever since. The service department has always accomplished everything in a timely manner and with ample explanation, but that is not the purpose of this review. I am simply adding that because it is part of why I keep coming back. Last week, I took my wife in to get a new car. She had never had one and I wanted her to pick what she wanted. I told her it was OK to wait, if there was nothing in stock. I work through Eva in sales and explained the situation before we arrived. Eva immediately won my wife’s confidence and walked her through every aspect of the cars she was interested in considering. I can tell you from past experience that Eva knows the product like the back of her hand. I let the two of them wander around and went off to look on my own. My wife was set on a certain interior, so that narrowed things down fairly fast (to maybe 7 or 8 cars). I didn’t expect her to find exactly what she wanted, but she did. After a test drive, she was simply amazed at all the features. I negotiated a bit and we came to terms. I then went to the finance department and worked with Fernando, who was new to me. I had worked with someone else the last couple of times. Well, Fernando made things very easy. I knew what add-ons I wanted and he explained the different options. I felt he was honest and looking out for my best interest. The process went very quickly and I left completely satisfied once again! I think my wife is still in disbelief that she has her first new car ever and it is a Lexus to boot. Her joy makes me feel good and my thanks goes out to the team at Lexus El Cajon, especially Eva and Fernando. Everyone there has always been first class!”
