“My experience at this place buying a ford edge was the worst! The car had a shake in it when I test drove it and the salesman said it was the tires, the tires didn’t look the best so I went with that…. Nope after I took it home we put 1,000$ worth of tires on the piece of junk and still shakes, called the salesman right after getting tires on it the next day and he said oh well.. also told us a guy that worked at that dealer owned the car and was serviced by that ford. That was a lie the car came from Colorado that doesn’t seem pretty local to me, also had no service record from a ford dealership. This place is a joke and all they do is lie! Do not recommend buying a vehicle from here at all, also her dad bought a car from there a little while after and boom next week needed timing chains because they also had the motor warm when he got there so he couldn’t hear it and they wouldn’t even pay for the whole thing! This place is worthless”

“This was literally the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle from a Dealership. I purchased a Corvette site unseen and had it shipped to Maryland. Josh Stone gained my trust over several conversations discussing his inspection of the vehicle and negotiating price from that inspection. He also set up shipping to Maryland included in the price . The paperwork was sent overnight and the vehicle was loaded on a Carrier two days later. I received the vehicle two days after that in the condition stated in his original inspection. I can not say enough about Josh. A very experienced sales person who truly cares about his Customers. His trustworthy personality is his greatest assist. Thank you Josh!”

“Overall I'm very satisfied with the service at Northside, however when I traded vehicles I only received one key fob. At the time I thought I would be okay considering the cost of another one . Was quoted $160. I realized after the fact I did indeed need a second fob. Went back for my service appointment and requested a second one be made. Received my oil change free .
I paid $200.00 for the fob and $67.50 labor for a total of $267.50. I have always been under the impression when you bought a vehicle or traded you received two sets of keys or two fobs in this case. None the less I will continue to do business with Northside because I'm comfortable with their work and they have good employees working for them.”

“I highly recommend Mary Burrell at the used car section of this dealership. She was a joy to work with. Zero pressure, she listened to me thoroughly and didn’t try to sugar coat me into a car I didn’t want. She had excellent communication skills and went above and beyond. This has been the best car sales experience I’ve ever had. I brought a trade in and purchased a car and I got everything I wanted and then some.”

“Honestly these guys are really good at taking your money and not fixing anything. They rebuilt my rear end twice in 3 years and 6 months. The second time they did it I got it back and it was howling like a beagle anytime I decelerated. Took it back and they said it was all in spec and I needed to spend more money. Felt like these guys had no idea what they were doing so I took it to another Ford dealer to fix their mistakes. The last picture states that nothing was in spec and they were using the wrong shims. Wasted a lot of money going through Northside.”
