“Our vehicle has been in the mechanic shop Payne Edinburg since July 2025 and still waiting on it. I understand that this times are hard and challenging. An update would be greatly appreciated….. but nothing. My calls no longer answered and even received hung ups. Yes I am desperate!!!!! Yes I was offered a “loaner” which I declined due to all the responsibilities that go with it. Our vehicle is in the shop due to a messed up transmission. Got a call back within a couple of days to pick up the truck “fixed” drove it from Payne Edinburg to McAllen on the expressway. The vehicle”s “fixed” transmission simply gave on top of the expressway. I had an 18wheeler behind me that had to maneuver to avoid hitting me full force from behind. Payne Edinburg gave me the vehicle “fixed” with a damage transmission which is the same one that is still in the vehicle but “repaired “and since July I have struggled day in and day out with no transportation. I have received sympathy and concern at the beginning. Now I am a bother. Nobody takes charge. Nobody takes accountability. Nobody resolves. From the store manager to the director of the mechanic shop. We were not approved to get another new not damaged transmission. Even when we paid for the extended warranty. Very unhappy.”

“Come here to get ripped off. Brought my truck in for a factory recall and they tried to sell me $2,000 of work that was COMPLETELY NOT NECESSARY. Technician claimed both cabin & engine filter needed replacing and quoted me over $70 per part. An air filter is less than $20 at any auto parts store. The bigger deal is that I have K&N air filters in both locations. Any technician that has worked on any car knows K&N and knows they are washable. Let's assume they didn't know, see attached picture located on the engine filter box which clearly states "DO NOT DISCARD." Next item was fuel injection service for $245. I run premium octane and every couple of tanks add in Seafoam. With new gas standards, it is HIGHLY unlikely the fuel injectors are dirty given all the additives to fuel, not even factoring in Seafoam (one of the most trusted brand names in the auto industry). Also, no issues had been noted in the idle or acceleration of the vehicle. Just an easy money grab they are trying to trick their non-knowable customers into. Next, we have Brake Fluid exchange at $225. Little did they know I had just flushed the brake fluid the weekend prior to bringing the truck in. So unless Bosch provided me a bottle of dirty brake fluid, this is simply another money grab. Last item was the Active Air Dam for $1,155. A quick look at this and it was clear that the dam module had gone out and was locked in the deployed position. A quick Google showed most Ram owners removing this piece without any issues. The AAD was added to the Ram for better gas mileage, but lets be honestly you don't drive a Ram for its gas mileage. DO NOT go here unless you want to be lied to about the status of your vehicle. They are clearly just trying to upsell unnecessary work to unsuspecting victims. DO BETTER”

“Very upsetting with this facility we bought a jeep gladiator a day ago.Then this message started popping off. I reached out yesterday about the issue coming out in our dashboard constantly and no one replied . Today my husband goes in and no one could help him. That the technician is not in . They requested for me to drop off the jeep Monday morning and leave it there to see what could be done . This is my only vehicle at the time as we did trade ins but they DIDN’T CARE they said for us to ask someone to drop us off and pick us up. It’s such an inconvenience as I work Monday - Friday and will be left with no vehicle . We asked for a loan vehicle as we could leave the Jeep today and pick up Monday they said they had none. Our Jeep was a DEMO vehicle , meaning is a brand-new car driven for dealership purposes, but you mean to tell me no one saw that message before on the dashboard. This is frustrating as now I need to figure out how to get my jeep in on Monday , go to work & then back to pick it up. This was dishonest work from the sales man and the team members . It’s infuriating how they just care that you purchase the vehicle but if need of any help you must figure it out on your own. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! save your energy and go somewhere else . 10/10/25 Update: Agency had my vehicle all day . Telling me the sensor was a sun reflecting issue or rain hitting the windshield. After speaking with the manager he said he will work on it. Gave me a diagnostic at 6pm saying they needed to replace the front camera. Now my dashboard has additional messages and that it won’t be removed until the part comes in and they can replace it .The part has been ordered but can’t give me an exact day when it will come in .”
