“Jorge my salesperson was great to deal with he gets you exactly what your looking for. He actually listens to what your saying and dosent try to force a vehicle on you. He made my purchase smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking into buying a vehicle. As for Hacienda Ford they were great to work with they even stayed late to finish my purchase and make sure I took my vehicle home that same night. I have had bad experiences with previous dealerships and I can tell you Hacienda makes sure to take care of you and get you in and out. They definitely know what there doing here.

“Customer service from Orlando was great! He was patient, friendly, and really took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Orlando listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured.
Ruben in finance was also great! He explained everything clearly, walked me through all the paperwork, and made the process quick and easy. His professionalism and helpful attitude made a big difference.

“Updating because the car they got me in has a broken rear view camera. And noe the center console is not working right. I was told I would be able to bring the car in to get it fixed since my car is blue advantage. I was told I would get a loaner car when I bring my car in to get fixed. When I did I was told theres a WAITING LIST FOR THE LOANER??? So they have all that money and ALL THOSE CARS but its too hard to get me a loaner? I NEED the car to go to work. I don't have anyone for rides just the car. So I couldn't leave it. They also said they have no idea how long its gonna take since they gonna send it to the dealer to fix it. I bet I would prolly have to pay because they sent it out yet the blue advantage says its covered bumper to bumper 🙄 every dealership is the same. I thought maybe these guys are different but nope just good customer service to lure you in. Notice the big blank spot on the right when in rear view.”

Lupe was a great sales guy to talk to and work with even with looking for a certain vehicle/color/option and making our purchase for the vehicle over the internet/phone…
Great job and communication with us and very friendly and helpful guy….

“Customer service was on point! Our sales person kept acknowledging us as we waited for our paperwork to be processed. It was a busy day and he had other customers waiting and acknowledged them as well. They took a while but we didn’t feel the wait. We didn’t feel we were forgotten as we waited for the finance paperwork to be completed to take our new ride home.”
