“Friendly Staff. Even the owner says Hi✋. A month later they don’t want to do anything with you, they got your money and are ready to sell you another but they don’t want to get the extra key they said they would get. The rear wiper that you brought up on pickup day the front door lower trim that’s loose and the paper license plates are expiring tomorrow and they have not called me the plates are in. The wiper blade for the back he said here your dad can put it and tell to use 3m tape for the front door trim. Than he says are you ready to buy another car. I am not buying from that dealership again. I told my boss at work because they are planning to get new cars for the crew at tv station . Two years later the battery on the car went out. It happened at Sam’s and we replaced the battery now the windows don’t want to roll up and this dealership wants to do a dialogistic test for $$$$, then they can program the windows for $$$. The Subaru dealership in Corpus Christi just did the window programming. Sadly that’s how this place makes its money”

“Just bought a Subaru 6 days ago. I brought it in Saturday, but the service department was already closed. I only drove it out once when I noticed a nick in the leather steering wheel. Service refused to repair and sent me off to a car interior repair shop. I am trying to return my car and get my trade in back. There is no way I will be able to deal with this service department for the next few years. It’s been 20 years since I dealt with Bert Ogden. I wasn’t happy then and definitely not now.
