“Went here and ordered a part. The Rafael Acuna was nice and helpful. When I went to pick it up, 1st the 2 handicap parking spaces were taken possibly by Ogden Employees because there were no customers there but myself and no handicap tags or plates on the cars. So it was difficult getting out of the car for me and then walking over since I get winded quickly. It was not quite the same when I walked up for the part. The Representative (not Rafael) seemed to be either not knowledgeable as to where or what to do to find ordered parts. Perhaps he had other more important things in mind because the part was leaning against the wall and he looked everywhere and in back He finally looked in the office when he had no where else to look. Thank goodness it was a 3ftx3ft box or else he would have never found it.”

“Needless to say… I bought elsewhere was between here and another dealership and after trying to find someone to help us the decision was easy. Walking around with my husband trying to show ourselves the cars because nobody sitting on their golf carts could be bothered to approach or even greet us. Had to of passed 4 different employees that either sped past us in their golf carts as we were waking or simply starred at us. Terrible customer service, salesmen do not want sales apparently so, take your business elsewhere.”
