“I brought it in for a recall plus other issues:
1) sunroof rattles when you go over a bump
2) Frame creaks when turning from a stopped position
3) leakage on shocks shown to me by my oil change company
… they never took the car off the lot so they did not witness any rattling in the sunroof, and therefore did nothing. They said the creaks were caused by the break, autolock, but did not know how to turn it off. The mechanic said he was unaware of the leakage issue and never checked the shocks… even though I told them about it when I dropped it off.
So basically, you guys just did the recall and don’t really care about the other issues I’m having.”

“Friendly courteous staff up until sale. Trying to have service done on vehicle has been difficult whether its paid service or warranty work. I've only taken the vehicle here since its purchase but everytime something is missed or inconvenient for them to perform even to out right refusal to do. A smile and being polite is important but if you can't or won't provide the services offered and promised while you were smiling and being polite. It really doesn't matter.”

“The service department is outstanding. They always take the time to answer questions and advise on different options so I can make decisions simple. They are easy to get in and out based on expectations set for timing. Brian and crew do a great job!”

“The customer service is awful. I went to look at a truck there about 2 weeks ago, on a weekend. I test drove it, and was initially happy with the vehicle and the fact that the salesman was giving space and not being “pushy.” The salesman said he would have the truck into service for me by Monday, which I never heard about that day. We proceeded to play phone tag for a couple of days (due to my work schedule, so no fault of his) and then I was hopeful I would have answers about what needed done and negotiating on a price. He was transparent about the work needing done to pass inspection, but then the company wanted to raise the price more. I wasn’t necessarily wanting to pay anymore so i asked him some more questions, which he said I’ll call you back once I find out more info. Never called back. So I called him again a day or two later, this time he said he was with another customer and would call back. I received a call back hours later just saying he was busy and would call me back before he left for the day. Never got a call back. So I tried to call back towards the end of their day, 2 days in a row with no one answering the phone! Now I’m just beyond fed up. I was interested in the purchase of the vehicle but due to the lack of communication and willingness to work with me, I have decided to find something else. For a company that claims they have had people working there for decades, they certainly have no consideration for customer service or satisfaction.”
