“Made an appointment for an oil change on my box truck they made it for two weeks out so I dropped it off the night before and didn’t hear from them so I stopped in around 1 pm and they claimed they “hoped” to get to it by 5:30. So what was the point in making an appointment if I had to wait for it all day?”

“We Dropped a work truck off for a December 29, 2025 appointment for a transmission harsh shift concern. I never heard anything back, I called them the week of January 5th 2026, Fella says its next inside and they have not looked at it yet. Okay, well let me know. Heard nothing and called the week of January 12th, fella says its next to be looked at. Told them never mind we will pick it up. Incredible lack of communication from the service writers and service manager. Picked the truck up without it even having been looked at for 3 wasted weeks and took it to Angelo's Transmissions which is what we should have done in the first place. Awful experience.”
