“I'll keep this simple, saw a 2019 ram on Facebook being advertised by Bilal Ezedine, i thought it would be a private sale but turns out it's from a use car dealer / auction dealer. This automatically put me on the defensive as they have a dealer fee. And registration and taxes fees. However very quickly into the process I realize this was not your average used car dealership with all the scummy and downright illegal tactics, these guys were honest, no games played, transparent from the beginning and weren't trying to hide anything. I had the pleasure of working with Samuel, he didn't hesitate to give me a quick drive test, allowed me to look and scan the truck, after some short negotiation, a few calls to the owner and we had a deal. Was not expecting to leave with a fully registered and taxed paid truck but I did and paid what I wanted to pay for the truck. Was a pleasant surprise and honestly base on the prices, the no BS approach and the great service including the amazing Jimmy in the detailing shop (he shows tons of care and pride on cleaning cars and goes above and beyond) I will be looking at their stock for my next vehicle purchase. Very happy with this purchase and thank you for a great interaction. Only suggestion for Bilal (owner) is let your marketplace customers know this willl have dealer fees and full registration and taxes to avoid surprises and negative feedbacks.”
