“Best car dealerships has been with Faulkner. We dealt with Faulkner Honda many years ago, Faulkner Toyota this past summer to help our daughter obtain a new car. This past fall, my wife bought a Volvo XC 60 , I was so impressed with not only the vehicle but also by Faulkner Volvo. They’re professional, personable, knowledgeable of their products, and I have never felt more comfortable buying a car. They are in no way close to high pressure. With this being said , I have just obtained my new Volvo XC 90 and it is wonderful Want to recognize Reagan in sales, Marissa sales manager, and Travis in finance. All 5+/5 Thanks again to everyone and to Faulkner”

“I had a great experience with Faulkner Volvo. I contacted them about a pre-owned vehicle they had available. My contact, Zach, was responsive, answered my initial questions and was willing to meet the next day, to allow me to view and test drive the vehicle. Knowing I was coming from a distance away he assured me it would be there. The car was as described online, They valued my trade fairly and we came to a quick and fair agreement on the sale price. I left the same day with the car I wanted and appreciated the professionalism with which everything was handled. I will definitely consider them for my future business.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Volvo XC60, and within just a couple of weeks, it had to be towed. I was left paying for Ubers all weekend while Volvo informed me that the issue requires a software update that is still in development. They said it could be months before a fix is available and gave it back to me. The only workaround they suggested if the problem happens again is to disconnect and reconnect the battery — not exactly reassuring. This isn’t my first frustrating experience with Volvo. My previous brand-new Volvo also went into “limp mode” and needed towing. Throughout the three-year lease, I dealt with other recurring errors and warnings, bringing it in multiple times. I ended up driving it with ongoing issues for most of the lease term. Since then, I’ve done research and found that this is a common problem, with articles confirming the vehicles are loaded with software bugs and even quotes from the CEO acknowledging systemic issues. What really soured the experience was the trade-in process. When I brought my last Volvo in near the end of the lease to explore options, the conversation focused heavily on the “pull forward” program and the lease’s excessive wear and tear terms. I was surprised to learn I could be responsible for new tires. At my request, the sales manager had a service tech confirm the tires were still good. If I didn’t “pull forward” and buy a new car that day, there was a chance I’d be financially responsible for tires at the end of the lease. So, I bought the 2026 XC60 that day. A month after trading it in, I got a call from Volvo stating I owe $1,300 for new tires. I understand it’s on me for not getting the previous conversations in writing. However, it never occurred to me it would even be legal to charge for “excessive wear” when the tires passed inspection, and I returned the vehicle thousands of miles under the lease terms. The fact that I’m paying for new tires I will never use, on a vehicle I no longer lease or own, feels terrible. Those are awful terms I would never have agreed to, had I known better. I tried to resolve this with Volvo, but the sales manager and leasing team just passed me off between each other. I remember those conversations vividly, and I made a significant purchasing decision that day based on what was said by the sales manager. After years of buying more economical vehicles without these headaches, my experience with Volvo — a supposed luxury brand — has been nothing but frustration. So much time, energy, and money wasted. I’m done buying Volvos.”

“I give 5 stars. I'm not sure why it only gave 4 at first?! Which I edited as soon as I saw it. I had the best customer service 🙌! I received great interest rate & package for my loan. I absolutely 💯 adore my new vehicle & will continue to refer others to Faulkner Volvo Cars in Lancaster. Greg is the sales consultant to goto! Look no further this is the place to shop for used & new vehicles! Bought a 2018 76,000 miles Acura RDX $19,999 actually (lil lower) but you get the idea, with payments under $400. With carfax, no accidents. There is no second guessing my car dealership & where my loved ones will shop from now on.”
