While the car itself wasnât the right fit for us, the experience at the dealership was still a good one.
Weâve interacted with Eli in the past as well, and that experience was equally positive. Consistently friendly and helpful staff.â

âBought my 2020 Nissan Sentra from them end at the end of 2023 with no issues (mainly because they told me they inspected my car prior to me buying it). Fast forward to last month, bought new tires and was told my brakes needed to be replaced as well. Bought brakes and had my mechanic replace them. Well what I didnât know in the two years of me owning this car was that my calipers were shot. Figured that out when my mechanic couldnât get them released to change the brake pad. Brought my car to Kia with the problem addressed (because calipers were covered in my warranty via the seller) and they told me that i just needed new rotors and pads. Personally felt like they didnât care/even take the time to look. Took my car back, brought it to Nissan down the road and my calipers were indeed no good (more or less the boot was ripped Iâll include pictures Nissan sent me). Needless to say I ended up needing more than just rotors and pads. Come to find out as well at the end of all of this, Kia apparently doesnât âinspectâ used cars they get in if theyâre not Kiaâs. So buyer beware if youâre purchasing a car from them and itâs not a Kia!â
