“Scheduled an appointment a month ago for 10/27/2025 at 7:30am for a diagnostic. I asked the service advisor before leaving if the vehicle would be on the lift today and was told it should be. Entire day goes by and no update other than the chat that says, if you have any questions, you can text it. I call the service advisor and ask for an update.And I was told that the vehicle was with the tech. I figured that they would be keeping the vehicle overnight.So the next day comes 10/28/2025 and I texted the service advisor at 10:53am asking for an update or turnaround time as i run a business. Service advisor replies " vehicle is still with tech, he will check in with the tech for an update and reach out shortly". My experiences have not been that good with this service department.So I drove to the service department only to see my van parked in the same spot they put it when I caught an Uber home 10/27/2025. So I text the service advisor one more time asking to confirm that the vehicle is still with the tech. He said yes that he had just checked in with the tech and we'll check back with him again shortly. Then, I went inside and asked the service advisor in person and he said that the tech had the vehicle. I then spoke with the service manager and the service advisor at the same time to confront the BS lie. They never got to my van, and it just sat without service while I was being lied to. And let me tell you, it feels good to catch people giving you the run around because you can sit back and watch what's the next excuse. DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IT'S POINTLESS, AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL NOT BE SERVICED PROBABLY UNTIL FOUR OR FIVE DAYS LATER WHILE THEY CONSISTENTLY MAKE EXCUSES SAYING THAT YOUR VEHICLE IS WITH THE TECH WHEN IT'S NOT. THESE ARE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. AND THEN TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ABOVE THE SERVICE MANAGER.AND HE TELLS YOU THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THAT MANY TECHS FOR PRO MASTERS SAYS IT ALL. Believe it or not but i won't stop until they are investigated. I have already contacted the FTC, consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau and next is the news just for wasting my time. All of this could have been avoided if they had of been up front with me from the jump when i dropped my vehicle off. They knew the minute when i dropped the vehicle off that it would just be parked outdoors in one of the parking spaces and sit there for 4 days until they decided to stop lying. Now i have to wait another month to get an appointment at another dealership but the question here is that if they are so back logged, then why are you taking on more vehicles? If your car is here, i suggest coming to look for yourself to see if they even serviced it. Update: 10/29/2025 They responded to the better business bureau that this was a miscommunication and that they were backlogged. Well since they knew they were backlogged. Why have me go through scheduling an appointment and then fabricating a story that my van is with the tech and that the service advisor and checked in with the tech only for my van to sit there for days. Why take on more cars if you are that backlogged and can't keep up. As far as im concerned. There was no miscommunication. Again this is considered a deceptive practice which is a form of misrepresentation and while it may not be illegal in every instance, it is a dishonest business practice that violates consumer trust. I lost work and had to pay over $100 + tip for an Uber there and back. Do you understand how fustrating this can be for a business owner? I don't play games when it comes to customer's time and trust. Every one of the service advisors there are liars and so is the service manager. For those that have read this review. I have warned you and i would NOT be suprised if the work they do fails or is even completed like they say especially like how they didn't put any the bolts back when they replaced my headlight a few years ago.”

Pedro and Jeremy provided excellent customer service both over the phone and in person — professional, helpful, and friendly every step of the way. “I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my vehicle after its recent service. My Jeep Cherokee has beige interior, and I should not have to pay out of pocket to have my vehicle cleaned due to negligence on your service department. I hope this serves as a wake up call to improve the handling of customer’s vehicles moving forward.”
