“Greg was extremely nice and very caring over my family and I during the financing process. Very cool guy and very respectful especially with exploring all options and being patient with us. When we test drove the car the audio system wasn’t working, they said the amp was just disconnected and that they would fix it for me. Little did I know when we got to the final process and drove the car off the lot, the speakers were actually not working again and come to find out the car had no speakers and that all the wires were cut. They refused to pay and take accountability for this critical mistake. The car was strictly advertised as a Bose audio system but where is the audio system? Came down to fake advertising which is all on them. Had to spend almost 900 dollars on a brand new system which is not ok.”
