“After an initial mishap with follow-up from our first sales representative, I escalated the situation and asked to speak with the sales manager. From that point on, everything was handled professionally and with care. I was connected with the finance manager (Robin Patterson) who worked directly with the bank to secure the paperwork, and Yani (Yanibeth Lopez) who was not originally our sales rep, stepped in to support us during the process.
Even though Yani wasn’t our original sales representative, she stayed with us, made sure we were comfortable, and ensured clear communication while the financial details were being finalized. I was especially happy to see that she was ultimately assigned to us as she truly earned it through her hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care.
The team also went above and beyond by offering complimentary perks to make up for the earlier experience, which really showed accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction. What started off rocky was turned into a positive experience thanks to the leadership, finance team, and Yani’s support.
I appreciate the effort to make things right and would recommend this team for how they handled the situation. We are excited about our first huge purchase of a brand new truck!”
