“If I could leave negative stars I would. If you want to be lied too, receive sub-standard service, be ripped off while being undervalued and disrespected, this is the dealership for you. Consumer beware! Below is the e-mail I sent to Mr. Hibler (VP) and Mr. Boswell (President) on or about 10 Nov 25. I have not seen a response, nor do I anticipate receiving one given the lack of professionalism at this dealership. Mr. Hibler, Ms. Rhonda Miller informed me that your dealership does not intend to honor the promises made by former employees Mr. Peter Hecht and Mr. John Sullivan regarding the repair of after-market wheels that Bleecker Dodge damaged during services on or about 10 June 2025. Nor do you intend to fix the mirror that was improperly adhered to the side mirror housing that dislodged on September 13th, 2025, or repair the headliner at my cost. Additionally, Ms. Miller informed me that you will not perform any further services on the vehicle and that I need to retrieve my truck by 5:00 pm tonight, November 10th, 2025 thereby refusing me service. During our discussion Friday, November 7th, 2025 you stated that you would call Mr. Hecht and Mr. Sullivan to verify that they made promises to repair damages to the wheels, re-adhere the mirror and repair the headliner at the dealer's cost. Did those phone calls occur and if so; what was the result? Additionally, during the same discussion, I stated "I hope you will do what is right", you replied "I don't know about right, but I will do what is fair". Does any of this interaction or the services your dealership provided seem fair to you? I understand you have concerns with the amount of time that has passed since the vehicle was picked up from your service department (150 days), but as I explained I needed the vehicle to accomplish farm tasks during the mowing season and placed 604 miles during that period. To express that I am disappointed in the way you and Bleecker Dodge have treated me after I promptly remitted payment of $10,053.33 for repairs is an understatement. This is how you Bleecker Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram treats 100% Disabled Veteran Small Business Owners. Judging by the reviews, I suspect that this is their standard business model.”

“Avoid this place if you value professionalism or customer service. We had a company vehicle towed here for repairs, and it was a disaster from the start. Even though our company name and phone number were clearly visible on the vehicle, they claimed they couldn’t reach us for days due to having the wrong number. When they finally contacted my employee, he gave a full rundown of the needed repairs — yet a few days later, they called back asking the same questions. We handle billing through a fleet management service, which takes time for approvals (a normal process in our industry). When I called John, the service advisor, to check in, he threatened to charge $60/day in storage if we didn’t get immediate approval. When I told him I’d be leaving a review about the experience, he laughed and said, “Okay.” When my employee picked up the vehicle on Friday, they told him, “Don’t ever come back.” No problem — we won’t. To top it all off, the check engine light is still on after $4,400 in repairs. Absolutely unacceptable.”

“Outstanding service provided from the service department. Simplicity with scheduling, they worked me in for a same day appointment regarding my check engine light that appeared suddenly, explained the cause and potential issues with simplicity for both me and my wife. Made us feel at home and welcomed and never judged us for our questions, as silly as some may have been. Thank you all”

“I was not prepared to trade in my Jeep Cherokee, but after having many issues, I realized, for safety reasons, it was time to trade. This is my second Jeep I have purchased from Bleecker in Dunn.
