“Recent customer at the Chevrolet branch in Dunn. Visited on a Friday in the afternoon after checking out used cars on their website. I spoke on the phone with one of the managers beforehand to make an appointment, and they had both cars I'd mentioned ready to test-drive when I got there. Toby was the salesman who helped me. Cool guy and knowledgeable about the cars. No pushy sales tactics or upselling, just accompanied me on the test-drive and answered all my questions. After the test-drive, we went over the vehicle histories before I made my decision. Luilly was the manager who handled the financial parts with me. Again, cool guy, not pushy in the slightest. Very thorough about the financing and upfront about the optional additional payments like GAP-insurance and warranties, explained their benefits but didn't press me when I declined them. Also, they take care of the title/plates for you at the dealership, so I didn't have to make a trip to the DMV! Spent maybe 2 hours total at the dealership, from test-drive to leaving with my car! It was my first time buying from a dealership and it was a very positive experience. Big thanks to Toby and Luilly!”
