“I have a 6.5K Gold Standard Automotive LoJack Recovery Fee on my bill of sale I’m not sure how I didn’t catch it at purchase it was the same price as my trade in. 6.5K and I feel 6.5K plus interest scammed. What the hell is that? They told me. “It’s for your trade in it gets cancelled out” Love my car don’t get me wrong but I definitely lined their pockets on this one. Ya live and ya learn. If I could go back I would fight a lot harder to get this removed. The experience of the staff was less than ideal they really are ready to get you into a cool vehicle and the guy who sold me the car was a jerk to put it nicely. Made fun of my trade in and just overall was unprofessional in his banter. But I still bought because I was getting what I thought was good trade in value and a good tax credit at the time but I got screwed here. So don’t get screwed like I did. Check that LoJack Theft Recovery Question that shit. My Tesla has its own tracking that LoJack Recovery fee is nothing less than BS Change my mind or refund me something and I’ll change this review.”

“Had a really great experience at this dealership. The staff was helpful, patient and answered all my questions throughout the process. I'm honestly not sure why some people mention hidden fees when they provided a clear breakdown form showing all fees, taxes and costs upfront for me to review before signing anything. Financing was made easy and smooth, and everything was explained clearly. Entire process felt straight forward. My vehicle has been great so far with no issues.”

“This is my 9-month review after purchasing my car, so this is a real, long-term experience; not a same-day review. I found this dealership through a Google search while looking for a new vehicle. The pricing looked fair, so I decided to make the drive. One thing people should know upfront: the online pricing for Teslas already includes the EV rebate, which isn’t always clearly explained elsewhere. When I arrived, their inventory was pretty solid, especially if you’re looking for a Tesla; they seem to get a lot of them. With Teslas, you can verify battery health and Carfax before purchasing, which gave me peace of mind. I was greeted when I walked in and asked what brought me in. At first, things felt a bit unorganized, or maybe they were just understaffed that day, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. They still allowed me to test drive two vehicles I was interested in. The sales manager, Roy, was a straight shooter. If he felt a deal could be done, he worked it. If not, he was honest about it; no games. I will say this: you get the same energy you give. You can’t walk into someone’s business demanding things, cursing, or yelling and expect professionalism in return. While I didn’t personally experience any unprofessional behavior, there was a situation while I was there, and in my opinion, the dealership was not in the wrong. So I can’t really relate to the “rude” or “unprofessional” reviews. The dealership itself was clean, had a waiting area, and offered light refreshments. Approval didn’t take long at all; the finance team was able to get me approved given my situation with only a small deposit. Fast forward to now: I LOVE my car. I’ve had zero issues. I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance for less money, lower mileage, and a clean Carfax, compared to another dealership that wanted nearly $40,000 for a damaged 2022 model. The vehicle was well taken care of and came from Florida. Would I shop here again? Yes. Just make sure you do your research on the vehicle beforehand; as you should anywhere. Not everyone has the same experience, but mine was solid from start to finish”

“I recently purchased a 2022 Tesla model 3 From the dealership, I worked with Edwin and Mike both were amazing. I’ll be honest I was extremely picky with the car but Edwin took my input on a few of the cars I was looking at and found the one I ended up getting plus had lower miles. The tax credit I will be honest took me a while to understand initially and after but Mike worked with me and we worked through all the numbers to make sure I understood. Do keep in mind he can at times talk a little fast but I also have a hearing issue that could of been the cause but if you have a question he has no problem going over it again I know there were a couple of times I had him repeat himself 3 times. This is the second car I’ve ever bought from a dealership and unfortunately went in with the mindset of dealing with the first car I bought where I got burned by the dealership on a versa but I can gladly say this was not the case. I love the car and the total price at the end of the day ended up being cheaper than a used Mazda 3 I was comparing it with.”
