“Do not buy a car here!!! The purchase was smooth enough until we got to the financing part. The finance team pressured me into buying a $2000 warranty that I initially said no to but the lady said I’d get a better rate if I got it. I figured it is a foreign vehicle so better safe than sorry. Here’s where the real issue comes in a few months after the purchase I get mail saying that my warranty was canceled due to non payment from the dealership. I immediately reach out to the dealership trying to figure out what’s going on. Every time I called the manager was out. I was told I’d get a call back I never did. After calling so many times I finally spoke with the salesman who sold me the vehicle and he gave me an email address to reach out to. After so many emails I still haven’t been contacted. I purchased the car in February 2025 I got the mail May 2025 and it’s now October 2025 still nothing. Very shady company I now have no choice but to get the courts involved. Super frustrating and inconvenient!!! Shady dealership!!! Stay Away!!!”
