I had a really great experience when visiting this dealership. Michelle Parks and Austin in financing worked with me from start to finish. If you are in the market for a new vehicle you should go there. I love my 2026 Nissan Sentra.

I had an amazing experience at Gwinnett Nissan this past Thursday! From start to finish, the customer service was top tier. My service advisor, OJ Sanders, was absolutely incredible. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I fully understood everything that was going on with my 2020 Nissan Sentra. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the service being done. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers’ experience, but OJ truly does. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and that I left satisfied. If you’re bringing your vehicle to Gwinnett Nissan, definitely ask for OJ — you won’t be disappointed!

My experience with this dealership was fantastic. I am a Nissan lover, and was ready to trade my 2020 Armada in for a newer model. They had a 2024 that was just what I was looking for, and working with Michelle Parks made everything even better. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and she really took the time to listen to what I wanted and answer my questions. I drove away very happy, and will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next car. Thank you!!!

Although the salesmen were very personable and kind, the overwhelming time spent at the dealership and financing wait periods were horrible. The after sale experience to resolve vehicle issues presented copious amount of time to complete. As a customer i spent 4 days in a row from 8am till 6pm awaiting resolution for 3 vehicles purchased (2 2025 Nissan Kicks SR and 1 Nissan Leaf electric vehicle. Total time spent at the dealership was two weeks of personal sitting time being interchange with multiple personnel for resolution with no avail till escalation to top management, (which i felt was totally preventable), and should've never gotten that far if valued as a customer especially buying 3 vehicles. My time was not valued by the dealerships personnel. The Nissan staff were kind at times and good people in general. Just unfortunate the shadowing events overtook what could have been a great customer service experience.

On January 22nd, I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan to test drive the car I was interested in, after speaking with sales manager Jamel Carter on January 17th. The experience exceeded my expectations. Jamel, along with Juan and Danny (Sales Associates), Ibro (Used Car Manager), and Aden (Finance Manager), worked together to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, fair numbers, affordable monthly payments, and a great warranty. I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Nissan for excellent customer service and a great deal.
