I pulled into the service center at Acura Carland on a Saturday morning(9am hour), parked my car, and walked straight into the service entrance where the advisors are literally sitting facing the door. Anyone walking in is clearly visible. I stood there with the doors open waiting to be acknowledged and not a single person said good morning, hello, or “someone will be with you shortly.” Nothing. There was one customer already being helped by the advisor at the desk directly in front of the entrance (African American male, slim med build, bald with black glasses). Another woman was seated waiting, which I understood meant she would be helped before me. She was then helped by the advisor sitting at the desk to the left of the entrance(African American male lighter skin slim built). At this point the first customer had already been helped and walked to the waiting area, yet the advisor with the black glasses in front still did not acknowledge me standing right there. After standing there for over five minutes like I was invisible, a Caucasian advisor named Lance finally looked up and said, “Do you need help?” Seriously? Not to mention black glasses guy now looks up at me & stares at me while I’m walking over to Lance who’s sitting closes to the wall desk to the left of the entrance. No sir, I’m just standing here at the service counter for fun. Instead of an apology or acknowledging the wait, the interaction immediately jumped to “What brings you in today?” as if the last several minutes of being ignored never happened. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was shocking. What makes this even more frustrating is that I purchased my Acura from Carland and drive out of my way to come to this location because I’ve experienced poor treatment and racism at the Ed Voyles Acura location in the past. To come here expecting better service and receive the same level of disregard and disrespect is extremely disappointing. As a customer and especially as a woman standing in front of multiple employees and being completely ignored is unacceptable. If the staff doesn’t feel like helping customers, then maybe it’s time to clock out or find another job. Customers spending their money should never be made to feel invisible. I will seriously reconsider spending any more of my money at this location. Do better.

Roshonda provided more than Excellent Customer Service. Her service was Outstanding during my recent visit. I didn't have an appointment for the repairs needed. Even though it was late in the afternoon and almost time for her to leave, she still provided me with kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and most helpful. She worked over and beyond her work hours to get my car repaired and get me on the road before closing up shop. She should be commended for her Most Excellent service she provided in such a short time.

5-star review for Shi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased an ADX after an unfortunate accident left me needing a new vehicle, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Shi. This was my first time buying a car, and I was a bit nervous going into the process. However, Shi made everything incredibly smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from the start. We were able to negotiate a great price, and he always made sure I felt comfortable and informed along the way. What really impressed me was the detailed video he recorded of the exact car I was interested in. It helped me feel confident in my choice before even stepping into the dealership. When I arrived to pick up the car, Shi had everything ready to go. The vehicle looked perfect and all I had to do was sign the papers. It was the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience I could’ve imagined. If you’re looking for someone who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Shi. He truly made a tough situation so much better

Normally I'm not a fan of negotiating at dealerships, but my experience at Acura Carland was a surprisingly plesant one. Long story short, I unexpectedly was in the market for a new daily driver. I showed up with less than 30 minutes until the dealership closed, but not one person still at the dealership looked annoyed or rushed us. My salesperson, Anya was upbeat and answered all our questions to the best of her knowledge. There was even a warranty-related follow up question which she reached out to the right department for, and informed me of the answer. Anya was very open to all questions, and did not try to beat around the bush with negotiating. She was upfront with the negotiating room we had, as well as the warranty details for cpo vehicles. We stayed past closing and took 2 cars out for test drives and looked around each vehicle until I felt satisfiedthat I found the right fit for me at a good price. I asked for the out the door price, and she gave me the price straight up, where at other dealerships I experienced salespeople who would try to trick you with the numbers. I would highly recommend Anya as she had a great attitude, was very informative, and pleasant to interact with. Signed, a new Integra owner
