“The truth is I HATE Car dealerships! But this place, rather than trying to sell me anything, they helped me buy my Escalade. I first spoke with David and honestly, we spoke about the Denver Broncos more than the vehicle and he told me EVERYTHING about the vehicle. He then connected me with Jason who addressed all of my concerns and ensured that I was comfortable and confident in my new car. Jason then personally introduced me to some good people around the dealership including Chuck and Roxanne in the service department. Someone previously mentioned it but it’s true, The service folks WILL NOT UPSELL YOU! I bought brembo brakes and a performance exhaust for my car, Kenny in service looked me in my face after seeing the price and said “I think this will be much cheaper online, check out myGM and let me know what costs you see”. Bottom line: Everyone here is AWESOME because they treat you like a human being instead of a dollar sign. The customer service and relatability are why this place deserves every bit of 5 stars! “Cadillac of Dublin has been my preferred location for service for the last 6 years. Roxanne has a wealth of knowledge about Cadillacs and takes great care of me while I’m there. Chuck has been great too. The service team never tries to upsell me on services, which I appreciate as well. I honestly purchased a second Escalade because of how well I’ve been cared for through the years with this specific dealership.”

“This is my second review in the same week. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this Cadillac location. The service representative, Roxanne, was extremely rude and dismissive. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but her attitude made it seem like the issues I’m having with my vehicle were somehow my fault. It was an unpleasant interaction from the start. On a positive note, the driver who took me home was very kind and understanding of my frustration. I appreciated his professionalism. Overall, though, the experience with the service dept was terrible, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Joseph Cadillac should really address the quality of their customer service.”

“I went it to purchase a 2022 used Escalade. I had 2 vehicles that I was looking to trade in as I need to make some space in the driveway. I brought in both vehicles ready to make the purchase and they offer around 60 percent of what the cars were worth on trade. The next day I went to a different dealer with both vehicles and was offered nearly 40 percent more than what they tried to offer me. I sent JCOD the paperwork in hopes they they would at least try to compete for my business as their Escalade was the platinum trim that I wanted and they basically said oh well, I'm glad you found a vehicle else where. I can speculate as to why they did what they did but that wouldn't be fair. All in all I will never come back or buy from them and I buy cars every year or 2!... Follow up. I was told one of my cars had a buy back from the dealer that I was unaware of and that is why the trade offer was so low. The next dealer also acknowledged the vehicle had an issue from the dealer but still offered a few thousand more. However the 2nd car's blue book, NADA and everything else is in the mid 40s for a trade. The other dealer offered 43k. JCOD offered 32k. There is no buy back on that car. That offer was insulting and ridiculous!”
