So I was dreading having to purchase a vehicle but then I met Adrian, Joelle and Johnny. The first time we came in Adrian was so helpful, transparent and understanding. The second time he wasn’t available and referred us to his colleague Joelle who was so kind, communicated at every step and was never judgmental. Johnny in the finance department was equally kind, transparent and understanding. Everybody did their best to make us feel comfortable in a somewhat uncomfortable situation. I would highly recommend anybody looking to purchase a vehicle and have a positive experience should visit Dublin VW.”

“What started as a smooth, easy 5 star experience turned into my wife and I almost walking out of the deal. Jesus took great care of us. He walked us through the whole process, negotiations were quick, he offered us a warranty and gap insurance which we politely declined. He explained why we might need them but didn’t push further. After we agreed on a final number, we got sent back to the finance/business manager to finalize the numbers. The finance manager deployed every tactic to try and sell every add on (that we already declined with Jesus) under the sun. And when we declined, multiple times, he questioned whether or not we really understood what we were declining. It made the process significantly longer than it should have been, it made us feel belittled, and we almost walked out on the deal. Can’t say enough good things about Jesus and the sales team. They were smooth, respectful and took awesome care of us!”
