“Was checking my truck over the night before leaving for Tennessee and found a lot of play in my inner tie rods. The next day I took it to Duquoin Chevy around 9am and had them replace both passenger and driver side inner tie rods and add tie rod sleeves to beef up the suspension as my truck is lifted. Keep in mind I was leaving the day I dropped the truck off at 3pm. Tom in the service department said he world have my truck done by then I was very surprised! A couple hours later they had it done at 2pm with new inner tie rods and tie rod sleeves and even an alignment. I appreciate the speedy repair and glad they got me back on the road for my Tennessee trip. Thank you guys!”

“I was very unhappy with the service. My daughter needed an oil change which was fine but I said the car was leaking something but didn’t know what it was. The guy told me that he will look at it. Well they never did. We was leaving and the thermostat busted on us and we had to get towed back home. I don’t see how they missed it because it was everywhere. This is the first time we had problems with them.”
