“Great experience buying the car, and I love the car! No major problems since I’ve owned it (2 years) Reason for the one star review is because I was sold a $2,200 warranty promising bumber to bumber coverage up to 100,000 miles. This was a lie, it covered nothing I was promised… and I tried getting 4 different things fixed. I also remember being told that I purchased GAP insurance… I didn’t find out until recently, but this was also a lie. They tacked on thousands of dollars in what I thought was warranties and insurance that I might use. When in reality it was just a bunch of tacked on fees that made me feel scammed. Again, the car is great, no problems there. But do not listen or believe anything they say about warranties and insurance. Lying through their teeth to get commission. It was my first car I purchased by myself, a lesson most people learn the hard way lol.”
