“If you are wanting your vehicle to get fixed correctly, the first time and talk to the mechanic this is not the place for you unfortunately. Very disappointed. I am Giving two stars instead of one star solely because the pick up and drop off service they offer is fantastic. When you are able to talk to someone. EVERY phone call is at least a five minute away to talk to anyone in service department. They use text message to communicate. Which I actually do appreciate. But Anything you text back is not communicated with the rest of the team. I have brought my vehicle back three times to have the same issue repaired. The first time there was a light lit up on my dashboard saying power assist needed to be repaired. Spent $300 and Ries received my vehicle back. The issue still exist. Set my vehicle in a second time for an oil change and to get the service repaired. Returned with oil change only done. Set my vehicle back a third time. They had told me that what I needed to high repaired would be $1700. They did credit me back to $300. I previously paid to get it repaired. After receiving my vehicle back, the issue still remains. Power steering assist light coming on the dashboard. I have tried calling the service manager two different times left messages. Have never received a callback number. They had my vehicle for two weeks to have the service performed. Yet the problem still persist.”

“This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership ever. I bought my car from LHM Draper 7 months ago and I took my car originally to LHM super ford on June 6th due to my transmission shifting hard, a loud clatter when it was cold, a issue with my auto windows, and a squeak in the front end of my car when I went over bumps. They did awesome over there even mentioned a leak on my vacuum pump I didn’t know about and told me they would repair all of my concerns (replace trans, vacuum pump, phasers, fix switch, lower ball joint). Due to some issues with my warranty it had to be taken to LHM Draper to have all of the repairs done which was fine but that’s where the issues started. I had no clue when my car arrived until next day when I checked the location on my app and tried calling, when I tried calling my advisor he wouldn’t answer and somehow I ended up in fleet, so I tried again and the lady had to walk and physically get my advisor to answer the phone when I talked to him he said they got no paper work, so I told them everything wrong and sent them the paperwork and they told me they would look into it didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks so I called couldn’t get ahold of my advisor waited for a day or two and tried again and my advisor isn’t answering so I left work early to figure out what’s going on and at this point I talked to a service manager because I was frustrated and got no communication on my car at all and he told me that they are not going to replace my transmission only replace a small part, not going to do my phasers, and they can’t find the squeaking noise. So I asked why they aren’t just repairing what the other shop diagnosed since it’s a LHM and he said “Our technicians are way better then theirs” I was super confused why he was beating down his sister dealership I told him about the vacuum pump and he said they weren’t doing it because weren’t told about it and his techs didn’t see it on the inspection but as soon as I showed him photos of the leak LHM super ford sent me from their inspection he said he would do it. Only positive was I got a loaner Fast forward like 2 more weeks my car was supposed to be done front end squeak fixed, trans, all that I arrive- find my car has greasy hand marks on hood and driver door, head rest are greasy and there’s trash in my car also they didn’t do the vacuum pump and told me they couldn’t hear the rattle when cold so they didn’t fix it. I didn’t even make it down the street to find they didn’t fix the squeak in the front end so I called my service advisor and had to drop it off again a day later. Now they said they are going to fix the squeak and vacuum pump. Waited 2 weeks nothing, had to call they told me my car was done I picked it up squeak gone, they said they did the valve cover and vacuum pump I started driving it home and when it got hot it started smoking, when I got home I parked it in my driveway just for it to leak in my driveway and my oil low, washers weren’t working and I filled the fluid all the way to test them, when I called I was promised a free tow but they gave me the wrong number so I had to call back when I called back they told me I had to pay for the tow until I mad it a big deal and had to talk to the general sales manager, took pics of leak just for me to have. Then to call a week later and ask what’s going on and them tell me my cars not leaking, every time I talk to them I tell them I’m not asking for a lot just an update on my car, I’ve shortened this story a lot I’ve had to leave work early several times just to get in contact with this dealership to figure out what’s going on, they acted like I’m an inconvenience and flat out would get annoyed with me and lie to me just because I wanted an update on my car. I had my boyfriend call for me and they changed their attitude they were respectful towards him and would actually tell him what’s going in. I finally got my car back today 8/19 after 3 months it was dirty again greasy hands everywhere and greasy headrests, super disappointed with their customer service”
