âWe recently purchased a Sequoia from Karl Malone Toyota. Best experience we've ever had with a car dealership! We had first started with a different Toyota dealership but this one was recommended to check out. Had a much better experience here! I can't recommend them highly enough! Friendly, honest, knowledgable, responsive and not pushy. Gavyn Herron, our sales associate, was fantastic! He did not pressure us but showed us our various options, including availability. He was very knowledgable and personable. He went above and beyond to give us support and info during our search and after we purchased the car. Cody, the sales manager, who worked out the final purchasing details with us, was honest and clearly did what he could to give us the best deal possible, including the trade-in of our old vehicle. The financing dept recommended what we needed in terms of extra services and warranties without trying to sell us things we didn't need. And we love our beautiful new car!â

âTerrible and horrible service since I bought a truck with them and even afterwards. They added hidden charges that was not told to me and they suck at cleaning/detailing cars/trucks. This is the 3rd time Iâm having to bring it back to get it cleaned. The bed of the truck was never cleaned and had dirt in the back as well as under the tonneau cover. Even a homeless person can clean it better for spare change which speaks volume about their âdetailingâ team. Toyota was the reason I got a new Tesla in the first place due to the horrible service. I made the mistake of giving Toyota a 2nd chance at redemption. Iâm NEVER doing that again and Iâm NEVER doing business with Toyota ever again. I canceled and asked for a full refund for the vehicle warranty as their technicians are VERY questionable regarding their ability to diagnose and repair vehicles. The front left window was loose and rattling excessively and the technician said that itâs normal. Iâm a technician as well and I know that he was wrong because windows shouldnât be loose much less rattle. If itâs ânormalâ then why doesnât the front right window rattle as well? I had to call and speak with the service manager to tell him how to fix and resolve that issue. The manager had the technician do what repair steps to do in order to fix the issue and it resolved it. Seriously?! I have to tell the tech on how to fix my own truck?! This is very disappointing and distasteful behavior and handling of the entire service regarding ALL of the departments. Tyson couldnât give me an accurate answer regarding the truck towing capacity. At first he said 7,000 pounds, then 6,800 pounds, 6,300 pounds then 6,000 pounds. After I asked him to verify he simply told me âoh just donât tow more than 6,000 pounds and youâll be fineâ. Excuse me but I need to know exactly how much this truck can tow so that I donât over do it by putting too much weight on it and risk damaging the truck. Terrible advice from Tysonâs part. He also keeps giving me false expectations and false promises. I tried calling the store but every time someone would pick up they would immediately hang up over and over so I had to drive down there to get their attention even though I wasnât feeling very well that day. I tried calling and texting Joe the manager and kept being sent straight to voicemail and not answering the phone or returning my calls. If itâs not one thing itâs another. I went to the credit union to inquire about getting the original title and paperwork to be able to register the truck in California but the dealership never sent them the title. Itâs been a week since I got the truck and was told that it could take longer and that they âdonât knowâ why it wasnât sent or whatâs going on. I already submitted a request form to get the title from the credit union but they canât process the paperwork (which would take the credit union 7-10 business days to process the paperwork) until they receive the title. I only have 45 days to register the truck since I took delivery of it and itâs already been a week and nothing has been done. đDONâT DO BUSINESS WITH TOYOTA!!!!đ â ď¸SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND PAIN OF DEALING WITH THEM. â ď¸ I went to drop off the truck to get it serviced but the night before I had spoken to different managers and we all agreed that I would just drop off my truck at 7am sharp and that they would have a courtesy loaner vehicle ready for me to take to work. I was there at 7am sharp and they didnât have anything ready and werenât sure if they had any vehicles available. They finally were able to find one and I left at about 7:35am-7:40am and had to rush to work. I barely made it to work on time. There was also food left in between the front driver seat and the center console when I took delivery of the truck. âŁď¸â˘ď¸THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR WORD OR DO WHAT THEY INITIALLY AGREED TO DOâźď¸â˘ď¸âŁď¸ RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIPâźď¸â

âEveryone was great. I worked with Bronson to find the vehicle I wanted. He was great. I actually had fun shopping which is rare for me. We laughed a lot and he made the whole process very chill.
We worked with Ti to get the payment and warranty information. He was also fantastic. Super funny and helpful.
Great experience for sure.â

âI have nothing but extremely positive feedback for this Toyota dealership. My husband and I flew in from Florida for an anniversary trip to the nearby National Parks, and we wanted a vehicle with 4WD. This dealership offers car rentals, and for $95/day, we got a 2025 loaded 4Runner with only 1700 miles. It was easy and painless, and the entire staff was super friendly. If we loved closer, I would absolutely buy my next vehicle from them!â

âThis is the fourth Tundra that I have purchased from Karl Malone Toyota. I go to Karl Malone because of Belinda, she is over the service department, Belinda is honest and trustworthy, I call her a friend. I also refer all my friends directly to her when looking for a vehicle. She then connects them with Brent. What a team. Brent MayâŚ. Is amazing . This was the first time we got the pleasure of meeting and teaming up with him but will definitely add his name to the list.
He is kind, compassionate but above all honest and trustworthy. Brent is the person who you will want to have assist you with your next adventure while purchasing a vehicle. I feel like I might be a little hard to please at times, he had the pleasure of speaking with my son about a few issues but he ironed them out smoothly Heâs a champ!
