“As if we needed another example of how slimy car sales can be. Fred Beans Ford completely pulled a bait and switch assuming I would be willing to spend thousands more of my money for their greed. I called requesting to see a 2025 which I was informed was on the lot and could be shown. I had mentioned I had just lost my previous car in a garage fire and was coming up with my 8-month-old child as I was a serious buyer needing a car before the holiday. I intently expressed I was looking to purchase a 2025 as Ford was running a 0 down/0% APY for 60 months at the time. The car was not on the lot when I arrived, but placed a good faith deposit as Fred Beans informed they would work to move the car to this lot. I had to follow myself to be informed they still hadn’t contacted the other Fred Beans lot.
Received another call that they were willing to offer me the same color and trim, but in a 2026 at the same exact price. I asked twice to receive the specs of this new car and the payment breakdown before coming in, which was never received. When I returned, the salesman brings up a sales sheet with the terms being 75 months and him happy to confirm he was able to make the monthly payment the same as the 2025 work-up. The payment breakdown would have resulted in me paying nearly 15k more over the life of the loan.
I waited a week for Fred Beans of Ford to tell me the car I was interested in was essentially not available and failed to disclose it was the service loaner they were using. They allowed me to use the remaining length of my rental car thinking and assuming I am going to buy the car I requested. They attempted to trick me into buying a more expensive car that would result in much larger sums of money for me the customer.”

Ashley Rook did a great job helping me with the right options then explained all the amazing new technology in the new truck. Very satisfied with yet another Fred Beans Ford experience!”
